"Houat" is a charming 3-room vacation rental apartment of 50 m2, situated on the ground floor and designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the available space. The living and dining area forms the heart of the property, furnished with a dining table and a welcoming atmosphere suited to both relaxation and shared meals. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal configuration for families or small groups. The bathroom features a shower and a separate WC. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 deck chairs are also available for outdoor relaxation.
