The property has 2 buildings. The rooms from 24 up are on the upper hill and are closer to the pool and have astonishing views, either over the ocean and Porto Santo, or over Santana, with mountain and ocean. Hard to decide. The food at restaurant is better than many Funchal ones. The only draw back is the fact that the add stated they have microwave, coockware, and dishes, but they had in the room only a kettle. The staff is friendly and you can borrow some tableware from restaurant. The property has 2 hot tubs and a big lounge room with a pool table, darts, fireplace and a big screen tv.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon des Zimmers ist ein Traum, besser geht es nicht. Die Lage des Objektes ist ausgezeichnet. Zimmer und Bad sehr einfach. TV geht nicht. Ameisen im Zimmer, man darf nichts liegen lassen. Frühstück unter dem Durchschnitt. Brot, Butter, 1 Sorte Marmelade, Eier hart, 1 Sorte gekochter Schinken, 1 Sorte Schnittkäse, aufgeschnittene Tomaten, 1 Sorte Kuchen. Löslicher Kaffee mit Wasser übergossen und im Behälter gefüllt, heißes Wasser und Tee. Zu wenig freie Tische, immer warten. Immer fehlt etwas oder fast alles, für 10 bis 20 Minuten. Keine Teller, keine Tassen, kein Brot, kein Kaffee. Personal sind wahrscheinlich Mutter und Tochter, beide total überfordert und lustlos. Außerdem für Wanderer zu spät, erst ab 8 Uhr. Dann ist es auf allen Trails schon übervoll. Madeira ist top, der Urlaub war es auch. Das Frühstück war ein Ausfall, reine Nahrungsaufnahme mit Wartezeiten und Stress. Öfter nicht gefrühstückt, damit wir noch einen Parkplatz an den Hotspots bekommen. Madeira gern wieder, aber nicht diese Unterskunft.
