Mezitzim Hayarkon
We stayed for 2 1/2 weeks with our kids and 22 month old granddaughter. This apartment was very convenient to Mezitzim Beach and the Namal as well as northern Tel Aviv shops and restaurants and buses to anywhere. Although initially it was missing some necessary items, the property manager - Avihu - promptly took care of everything. Also when repairs were needed he was immediately accessible and found the proper repair technicians to come and take care of things. This great level of service is rare in Tel Aviv rentals so we valued it highly. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom configuration was great for 2 families sharing. All the systems worked well. Parking was a very important added value - the system for parking is a bit cumbersome but we always had a space and there was no cost added. The only unpleasant part was that the HaYarkon is noisy and busy but, really, it didn't interfere with the other benefits. I would recommend it for 1-2 families.

Everything was great except cleanliness. The sheets were not changed before we arrived (there were hairs all over the bed and there was a tissue under the blankets). The spoons in the drawer still had coffee on them. But aside from the cleanliness (which I had to clean and wash the sheets upon arrival) all else was great.

Unser Bericht zur Wohnung „Old North“ - Hyarkon 281
Für uns 3 erwachsene Gäste hatten wir die Wohnung über FeWo-direkt bzw. Holy Guest im Internet für 11 Nächte im Dezember 2022 gebucht. Sowohl bei der Ankunft (gegen Mitternacht - Einlass per gemailtem Code) als auch bei der Abreise (10.30 Uhr) hatten wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt zum Vermieter/Gastgeber, auch nicht telephonisch. Kommunikationsversuche verliefen ergebnislos. Die Wohnung machte auf den ersten Blick einen freundlichen, ordentlichen und gepflegten Eindruck. Es war so wie im Angebot beschrieben – schön war, dass es eine Art Grundriss dazu gab. Die Sitzgelegenheit im großen Zimmer wirkte gemütlich, neben einem Esstisch gab es noch einen Schreibtisch. Im Küchenbereich waren die entsprechenden Geräte vorhanden und in den Schlafzimmern gute Betten und ausreichend Schrankplatz. Die Internet-Beschreibung der Badezimmer ist jedoch nicht korrekt – 1 mit Dusch-Wanne (ohne WC), 1 mit Dusche + WC und 1 extra WC, es gibt also nur 2 WC. Bei genauerem Hinsehen ergaben sich für uns auch einige Probleme : • am Eingang haben wir eine Garderobe vermisst, es gab keine Haken für Jacken u.ä. • die Kommode fanden wir sehr unpraktisch, sie ist speziell für TV und Audio-Technik gedacht, aber die in der Internet-Beschreibung angekündigten Dinge wie Stereo-Anlage und DVD-Player waren ebenso wenig vorhanden wie Bücher oder Spielzeug • die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Besteck war sehr dürftig – z.B. nur 5 Teller, 3 Weingläser für 3 Personen – so dass wir die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen konnten • die Kaffeemaschine lieferte jeweils nur eine kleine Tasse und dazu eine Wasserpfütze • es gab für die Küche nur 1 Handtuch – für Geschirr und Hände ? – für fast 2 Wochen • es fehlten richtige Schreib- bzw. Leselicht-Lampen – nur eine allgemeine Ganzraum-Beleuchtung und ein Schummerlicht, bei der Lampe im Schlafzimmer fehlte die Birne, die wir dann ersetzt haben • auch Steckdosen waren ziemlich rar, so dass wir Mehrfachstecker kaufen mussten • wünschenswert fänden wir in den Schlafzimmern Haken und Ablagen für getragene Kleidung, die nicht sofort in den Schrank sollte • ungünstig ist das lange Warten auf warmes Wasser zum Duschen – es muss ca. 40 Minuten vorher aufgeheizt werden und reicht dann nur für jeweils 1 Person • die Glastür der Dusche im einen Bad war sehr schwer gängig und knackte • der Schlauch an der Handdusche war defekt und die Halterung lose – wir haben einen Schraubenzieher gekauft und repariert • größere Ablagen für Shampoo u.ä. i • wünschenswert fände
