Great resort but apartment has cockroaches

In general the place seemed ok but the first night a cockroach was in the bedroom, another two in the kitchen and then one I'm the bathroom the following night. I noticed the bedroom walls were dirty near the bottom and it was dusty too. Aside from that, some of the cooking utensils were unusable (the wooden spoon had mould on it) and there was no welcome bundle - in previous accommodation I'd had at least basic provisions like milk, coffee and tea available. Luckily there is a supermarket next door! Probably won't stay here again.
