Once you pass through the main gate and leave the olive groves that surround the property behind you, you will at once find yourself within Villa Selinunte Garden. Here you will be surrounded by greenery, scintillating aromas and the vibrant colours of a typical Mediterranean garden. In fact the villa has been designed in harmony with the surrounding landscape. In the spacious exterior you will find a stylish patio, a large barbecue area, where you can invite your guests to dine with you, as well as a swimming pool.

An enchanting property with immense and spectacular gardens adorned with fountains and a spacious 14m x 7m private pool. Enter the villa through the front patio and find yourself in a spacious living room with fireplace, furnished with armchairs and sofas where you can relax and enjoy the view of the olive groves.

The ground floor has been designed to provide a large open space consisting of a fully equipped kitchen decorated with traditional majolica tiles, with an adjoining dining area with large French doors opening onto the barbecue area and garden. Also on this floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The other bedrooms are located on the first floor, comprising a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which opens onto a terrace with views of the olive groves, the surrounding countryside and in the distance the outline of the temple of Selinunte. A bathroom with bathtub completes the layout of this floor.
