Perched on a hilltop, in the outskirts of Rethymno, Mageia Exclusive Residence is a 377 square meter, newly built villa with high standards. The villa adopts the indoor-outdoor lifestyle with seamless transitions between the inside to the terrace. Fully private, but conveniently close to everything, Mageia Exclusive Residence offers all that you were looking for, for your summer holiday.

Layout

Mageia Exclusive Residence is designed to accommodate large groups, while offering privacy at the same time, as it is consisted of two separate buildings with identical layout, both fully equipped. The villa therefore features two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, six bathrooms, six bedrooms plus two open loft bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people in beds. Minimal furnishings and materials create a clean and calming atmosphere, while the balconies and verandas offer stunning panoramic sea views over the Cretan sea. The two buildings are connected through a balcony bridge located on the first floor.

Lower levels

On this level of each building you will find the master bedroom which features two single beds (Coco-Mat mattresses) that are joined to create a King size bed (1,80 x 2,00), a 32" HDTV and closet. The master bedroom contains its own private sitting area with a sofa, HDTV and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom has a private entrance door from indoors as well as second door from which you reach the pool area after ascending a few stairs. Finally, the storage room and washer/dryer are located on this level.

Ground Floors

Entering ground floor of each building there is an open plan area featuring the living room and kitchen areas. The living room is equipped with a fireplace, 49" HDTV with home cinema, and a Bluetooth speaker. It features open sailing windows and balcony doors and provides access to the pool terrace, offering amazing sea views. The kitchen is equipped with branded electrical appliances and provides all essentials for a self-catered vacation. Next to the kitchen, a dining table is also available. With an additional charge a wine cooler with a selection of wines and a cigar humidifier with cigars, you can choose from, in one of the villas are at your disposal. Finally, there is a bathroom with a shower on this level.

First Floors

The first floor of each building features two air-conditioned bedrooms which have a King size bed with Coco-Mat mattresses (1,60 x 2,00), a 32 HDTV, closet and private balconies with sea views.

Lofts

From the first floor of each building, stairs lead to a loft bedroom, featuring a double bed (1,50 x 2,00), AC and 32" HDTV. Also, each loft also provides direct access to a small private veranda, covered with artificial turf, enjoying unobstructed sea views and offering two bean bag loungers.

Child Friendly

Mageia Exclusive Residence also appeals to the inner kid hidden inside everyone, and of course to actual kids as well! The Villa offers several leisure time facilities for kids of all ages including:

- A sports field, in the backyard, offering facilities for many sports such as volleyball, tennis, basketball or soccer.

- A large lawn covered area, ideal for the kids to play.

- A playground including toys (swing, small house and slide).

- Two shallow childrens pools.

- Playstation 4 Pro console.

- Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Outdoor Area

But what will really take your breath away is the outdoor area of Mageia Exclusive Residence, equipped to embrace ultimate relaxation and offering amazing, panoramic views of the sea and mountains. More specifically the outdoor facilities include:

- Two private swimming pools (both covering 77 m2) each one with a childrens section and a small waterfall. One of the two pools can also be heated with an additional charge per day (please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).

- The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sun beds, umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

- A 5 seater hot tub

- Fire pit with outdoor sofas

- A variety of furnished spots for relaxing on the pool terrace, featuring bean bag loungers, a hammock, a hanging egg chair, chairs and tables.
- Shaded veranda with sofa and direct access to the pool.
- Shaded pergola including an outdoor kitchen with sliding glass doors, both charcoal and gas barbecues, a sink, refrigerator, gas hobs, dishes and utensils, and a large outdoor dining table.- Additional outdoor dining area.
