It is a part of grand apartment complex "Kod Cara" which consists of ten apartments, a large shared terrace with outdoor seating area and private parking for all the guests. From the shared terrace you have a breathtaking sea view on the Adriatic sea and its islands nearby. The beach is just down the road.
This studio apartment contains a main area with a double bed and a single bed, a small dining area, a well equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking appliances and kitchen utensils (a stove, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, etc.), a TV and an air-conditioner. Furthermore, there's a private bathroom with a bathtub. Bed linen, towels, usage of WiFi and an air-conditioner are included in the rental price.
