Bryn Mawndy is a fantastic farmhouse in a wonderful rural location in Corwen, North Wales. The property has four bedrooms; a king-size with e-suite shower room, a double with en-suite shower room and two twin rooms, serviced by a family bathroom, sleeping eight guests in total. This property also consists of an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with woodburning stove, a further sitting room with woodburning stove, a utility room and cloakroom. Outside there is parking for at least five cars, a private side patio and field surrounding the property; guests are welcome to access the front field. Bryn Mawndy is an excellent rural retreat for your next escape to North Wales.
Amenities: Oil heating with two woodburning stoves. Rangemaster cooker with hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 2 x TV, DVD player, WiFi, hairdryers. Fuel, power and starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 5+ vehicles. Side patio with great views and bbq. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
