This is property needs more thorough cleaning and updating the paint and finishing. A good location but flat itself is a bit run down compared to pictures. Curtains have staining and walls and ceilings have stains which need painting. The wooden floors had boards with gaps and have been glued down and just look unsightly. The shower in the bathroom have to be hand held and one in the shower is loose and just falls off. Considering the cost it needs better maintenance. We lived with it as we were not in it much and just had to go with it. There is no hairdryer so do take one. There are no full length mirrors. There are only two mirrors on the wall in the bathroom and if it’s being used then you can’t apply make up etc and get ready. They should provide tea towels and not dusting cloths. The corridor and building itself needs cleaning and there is rubbish in corridors and staining on walls and carpets.

Clean place, not the best neighborhood

Clean and comfortable apartment. We heard shouting and commotion several nights between 2-3 am. The lobby and elevator frequently had garbage left by other residents. We didn’t feel comfortable walking near the canals at night. The host responded very quickly during our entire stay.
