Clos Notre Dame is a fantastic villa built in the 30's, located between Cannes and Grasse (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur), in a magnificent domain with a wide variety of trees, flowers and bushes.



It is an authentic villa that brings you back in time. It is well looked after and offers a perfectly delightful, very comfortable and pleasant interior.



The beautiful old materials all fit into their place. A small path leads to the house. A lovely terrace with pretty garden furniture is set under two very old olive trees, offering a peaceful view of the garden and a pleasant atmosphere. Beautiful private swimming-pool (5mx10m).



From the first floor, the view is magnificent, extending from the lovely garden to the sea in the distance (Napoule Bay).
