Explore the extraordinary hills of Siena by staying in this Tuscany Villa with garden and pool, offering exceptional views of the Chianti countryside, in absolute peace and privacy, a few steps from the center. The villa is equipped with all the services wi fi, swimming pool, gazebo in the garden with table and 10 chairs. Ceiling fan in each room.
In COVID 19 Time For the pool that is shared, a timetable will be proposed so that you can access one group at a time.



The Villa Luna is entirely available with a private outdoor area under a gazebo for eating. The garden with barbecue and swimming pool is shared with the villa Sole and with the other apartments of the old abbey named "Conventino".

The town of Siena has set a fee of EUR 2.5 per day stay per person excluding children under 12 years. This fee must be paid at check in and is not included in the cost estimate.

E' vietato fumare nella casa. La tassa di soggiorno del comune di Siena ĆØ di 2,5 euro per ogni giorno di permanenza per gli ospiti sopra 12 anni. La tassa dovrĆ  essere consegnata in contanti (cash) al momento dell'arrivo occorre consegnare questi soldi al check in. Lenzuola, asciugamani e pulizia sono inclusi nel prezzo. Gli animali sono accettati se viene inviata una richiesta preventiva. I minori devono essere sempre sotto la custodia dei genitori quando sono in giardino.

Nous avions rĆ©servĆ© une villa avec piscine tel qu indiquĆ© dans le titre de l annonce. A notre arrivĆ©e , on nous annonce que l accĆØs Ć  la piscine est fermĆ© et l alentour de cette derniĆØre n est pas entretenue. On nous informe que c est un oublie de l avoir prĆ©cisĆ© et que sur les autres sites c est marquĆ© or c est faux aprĆØs vĆ©rification. La luminositĆ© des photos de l annonce rende la villa moderne, ce qui n est pas le cas. Literie Ć  revoir. Ensemble vieillot . Toilettes et douches qui prĆ©sentaient des problĆØmes . Du coup pour le prix c est trĆØs chĆØre et cela rend l annonce peut vĆ©ridique . Point positif, la personne qui nous a accueillis et qui n est pas le proprio Ć©tait gentille .

Loved the rustic feel of the villa. Enjoyed cooking in the the spacious kitchen. Sunsets with the beautiful Tuscan wines and charcuterie. The pool is refreshing in the afternoons. Walking distance to the local winery.

Ottima accoglienza di Alessia, posizione eccellente, a due passi dal centro di Siena, con vista mozzafiato sulle colline senesi; Arredo troppo retrĆ², stato manutentivo dellā€™immobile molto molto basic, da rivedere arredo giardino. Tutto sommato buon rapporto qualitĆ  prezzo. Peccato perchĆ© la struttura si presterebbe ad essere eccellente. Urgono alcuni piccoli interventi manutentivi.

Beautiful property with great view

We had a great time staying at Villa Luna. It's an old house in traditional Tuscan style, very homey and cozy. The location is great, just outside of central Siena. We walked in every day for dinner and in case you prefer to go by car a cab wouldn't cost you much. Alessia was a dream to deal with, extremely helpful and flexible. We had a slight problem with the pool one day and she sent someone right away. The only thing to be aware of is that the villas are not very private, you'll share yard/patio with the other villa and the pool is shared between the villas and the apartments (which makes it a bit crowded at times). The pool was also a bit dirty at times, with leaves and bugs blowing/falling in, but not a major problem. Overall we loved our stay and can really recommend this beautiful house to others wanting to explore Tuscany.

Relaxing with gorgeous views

This is a beautiful and quiet place that is still close to the city center. We were traveling with my parents, my sister, and my children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool and olive groves and the adults loved the quiet and the view.

satisfactory accomodation, but not the best.

The wifi was not on twice. The gate was locked on our last day and we could not get out or in. The villa is a long way out of Siena, so a car is necessary. We were not shown how to use the washing machine and we had to call Franchesco to come and show us. Alessiaā€™s English is poor and we had trouble communicating with her. The refrigerator smelled terrible when we arrived and although we cleaned it out, the smell was still there. There are no ice cube trays and we could not buy ice anywhere.

Ho soggiornato in questa villa con amici per il ponte dellā€™immacolata. La proprietaria ĆØ stata sempre disponibile ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta prima del ns arrivo. Ci ha accolto il marito, molto gentile. La posizione ĆØ ottima, a 10 minuti da Siena. Location tranquilla. La villa ĆØ grande ed arredata in modo semplice ma con tutti i confort. Lā€™unica pecca ĆØ che la prima sera la casa era freddissima, faceva molto freddo ed i riscaldamenti erano impostati alla minima temperatura. Se dovesse esserci occasione sicuramente ritornerĆ².un saluto

Spacious villa with wonderful views.

This is a beautiful former convent that is very spacious. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths! The showers are wonderful. It is about a 45 minute walk to the center of Siena, but it isn't a difficult one.

lovely setting and close to Siena

Alice met us as agreed and proceeded to show us around Villa Sole. although the house has very good large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a large dining room and outside area, it is let down by a very small and inadequate kitchen. the pictures are not clear between Villa Sole and Villa Luna with Villa Luna having a lovely big well fitted kitchen and bedrooms with bathrooms en suite so you have to be very careful to make sure when you are booking you know which house it is as we were disappointed with the kitchen especially when shown the other house by the guests staying there. the kitchen in Villa Sole is down a dark flight of steps and is crammed with a table and 4 chairs cooker fridge freezer and washing machine. although there were 5 gas burners the large one in the middle did not work and this and other things were not checked by the owners before letti g the property. we had to request wine glasses (there were only 4 and in Italy!) there were not enough knives either BUT Alessia did immediately respond to this and provided additional glasses on the Monday(we arrived on the Saturday). None of the bedrooms are en suite (like Villa Luna) and one of the bathrooms on the first floor where all the bedrooms are does not have a shower so there were 8 of us sharing 2 showers one of which is on the ground floor down the wooden spiral stairs. all of this was a shame as the location of the house is great, and Alice who seems to do all the managing of the properties was lovely and helpful. There is a shared pool supposed to be just for the 3 villas but other people renting the apartment seem to be able to use it so if all the guests in the villa and the apartments wanted it at the same time there would be no room. so this is why I gave it just 3 stars as there was some disappointment but otherwise we had a great week there.

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza a Villa Luna: posto molto curato, arredato con gusto in una posizione eccellente e silenziosa. Torneremo sicuramente. Unica cosa, ci sia concesso, che ci ha lasciato perplessi ĆØ stata l'accoglienza del proprietario in infradito e con unghioli decisamente poco curati. Ci permettiamo di suggerire di prestare attenzione a questo particolare, stona un pĆ² con il bellissimo contesto

The villa Luna was a very comfortable clean site with a beautiful view of the city and hills.

Alessia was very responsive when emailed. It is an easy walk to the center of Siena. We were there in October with no other renters so very private. The pool was lovely, we were fortunate to have 3 warm days to swim. I would highly recommend this site for anyone who would like to have the beauty and quiet of the countryside with easy access to the city. Wonderful starry nights.

Perfect stay in Siena

We just spent a perfect week in this villa. The villa was lovely, relaxing, clean and spacious. There were 8 of us, 3 couples and 2 single and we all had our own space and our own bathrooms. All while looking out over the beautiful Tuscan countryside. After booking Alessia was quick to answer our many questions while we planned our first visit to Tuscany. The villa is in Siena near the center about (10 minute by taxi).Just can't tell you what a fabulous experience this was. Absolutely recommended!

Dejligt dejligt feriehus i hjertet af Toscana , beliggende i Siena en meget charmerende by..

Super fint, charmerende og velfungerende hus , klassisk italiensk.. Fantastisk udsigt ud over det toscanske landskab.. Fine vƦrelser , gode badevƦrelset , rent og pƦnt.. Lille pool men tilpas i stĆørrelsen til 8 gƦster, men ved flere gƦster kan pladsen blive lidt trƦng i og omkring poolen. Hyggelig overdƦkket terrasse.. Samlet indtryk, rigtigt dejligt hus som danner udgangspunkt for den perfekte familieferie i Toscana..

We enjoyed our stay at the house. I would stay there again, but not in June/July. It was difficult to sleep some nights because the house does not have air conditioning.

Very charming, beautiful accommodation

The villa is very nice, overlooking the hills around Siena. Alessia and Francesco were wonderful hosts. They provided us with helpful information and tips about surrounding facilities and things to do. The house was stocked with all the essentials. Hood value for the price. Highly recommended.

Beautiful country setting with wonderful views

We stayed three nights in Villa Luna. It was a wonderful place to stay. The Villa is spacious and well layed out. The bathrooms were all first class with nice showers and fixtures. The kitchen was spacious and comfortable to feed 6-8 people. There were 3 different couples in our group. The house is set up so that there are separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms so privacy is great. The setting is wonderful with fantastic views of the area and the countryside is peaceful. It was a real pleasure to get out of the hustle and bustle of Siena and stay at this location. Alessia and her family were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location without hesitation. You are far enough away from the central part of Siena that a rental car is recommended to have easy access.
