Cozy attic room near the Perugia train station
A cozy attic apartment near Perugia’s central station—convenient, bright, completely renovated, and equipped with everything a tourist needs—ideal for two people.
Located in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood on the top floor of a recently renovated building, the attic apartment is perfect for both those arriving by car (parking is free) and those arriving by train (it’s just a stone’s throw from the station!).
The bus stop is right outside the building, and you can reach the center of Perugia on foot or by taking the Minimetro (the stop is just a 5-minute walk away).
All in all, if you want to get around the city easily without worrying about parking, or if you decide to explore Umbria by train or car, this apartment is exactly what you’re looking for.
You’re very welcome here!
