Exterior Features

As you step outside from the ground floor, you'll find a refreshing pool. A barbecue is at your disposal for some outdoor grilling, and a patio with a sitting area, perfect for both relaxing and dining, awaits you. Covered parking space for one car is available for your convenience. The maisonettes are separated from each other with tall bushes around each unit to ensure privacy. They are accessible by the private road passing from all of them.

Ground Floor

Entering the ground floor, you'll discover a cosy twin air-conditioned bedroom for a restful night's sleep. The open well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessities for preparing light meals.
