Well-appointed cottage with whirlpool and sauna located on 900 m2 plot approx. 600 m from shopping opportunities and approx. 1,000 meters from Marielyst Torv. There is an open kitchen with dining area and living room, from which there is access to the garden and covered / open wooden terrace. In the living room there is the possibility of a double bed. The bathroom, which has underfloor heating, contains a whirlpool for 2 people and a sauna for 4 people. There is also a guest toilet. The bathroom has a washing machine. Three bedrooms. The house is heated with air / air heat pump, electricity and wood stove, so it is energy and budget friendly. For the lovely evenings there is barbecue and there are swings for the little ones. The reason is approx. 900 m2, so there is a good opportunity to frolic. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
