A two-story house located within the Villaggio del Bridge, in an elevated position, offers a stunning view of Dino Island and allows you to admire the magnificent sunsets as the sun dips into the sea.<br><br>The ideal choice for those seeking peace and privacy just a few minutes from beautiful beaches. You’ll need your own transportation to reach the beautiful beaches of San Nicola Arcella, Arco Magno, and Praja a Mare (3 km away), the island of Dino (4.5 km), Maratea (23 km), and Diamante (24 km).<br><br>On the upper level, there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and bidet, and a living room with two single beds and a television. <br><br>On the lower level, you’ll find the kitchen, the terrace, a small bathroom with a shower, and a storage room. The house is equipped with pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils. The oven and stovetop are new.<br><br>Although the house still has a few finishing touches to be completed, it offers all the comforts necessary for a wonderful stay. It features an independent natural gas boiler for hot water (no gas cylinders), a satellite dish for those who wish to connect their own device, and fans in every room. <br><br>Every year we strive to improve it so you can enjoy wonderful moments here, and we hope to welcome you as our guests.<br><br>Once a vacation village with a hotel, pool area, tennis courts, soccer field, entertainment, and a nightclub, today Villaggio del Bridge is the ideal place for those seeking a bit of relaxation and tranquility.
