Villa Marianthi at Nissaki, with a traditional stone exterior and modern spacious interiors this new villa has much to offer.There can sleep from 2-4guests..
The private pool and terrace offer breathtaking views whilst the built-in barbecue and outdoor sitting/dining area will give you plenty of memories to cherish. Hillside houses such as this offer a retreat from busy roads and crowded beaches, with the added benefit of mountain breezes.
It is set over two floors with an open plan layout.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen dining and living area -with fireplace, satellite TV/DVD player - which lead onto the furnished, shaded, balcony that offers spectacular views of the east coast, Albania and Corfu town to the south.

The ground floor flows out to the pool and terrace where there is a built in barbecue under a covered pergola offering an ideal place for alfresco dining.

The top floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with their own en-suite facilities and French doors that lead onto a balcony, which is shaded and furnished. From this level the views can only be described as commanding.
The villa also has WIFI Air conditions, Cot and high chair free of charge.
We provide a car rental service,with our villa for your convinience.

Fantastic villa with fantastic hosts Irini and Dora! Lovely welcome hamper on arrival which was much appreciated. The villa is located in a nice quiet area with great views across to Corfu town. Immaculate and clean throughout. The pool was brilliant after a hard day on the sun lounger . We will definitely be back soon!

The perfect escape with breathtaking views

The villa was exactly what we had hoped for. Clean and well kept and the views over the sea are just amazing. We met the owners the morning after we arrived who were really friendly and made sure we had all that we needed and were available by phone for anything that might come up. There are a couple of local tavernas within walking distance, also with lovely views over the sea. If you want to spend some time away from it all in beautiful surroundings, this is the place.

Perfect place.

Just returned from a relaxing week at Villa Marianthi. Lovely clean well maintained property, with stunning views. Dora and Irini were so friendly and helpful and enjoyed a good laugh. Restaurants to visit , Doras, Vitamins and a boat trip to Agni Taverna expensive but worth it. Will be returning .

We would holiday here forever

This bright and airy villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the panoramic view of the Mediterranean. My wife and I found it hard to leave the villa and pool to do some sightseeing. You can live in the fantastic pool area with undercover area alone. There are many beaches nearby with beautiful water for a swim or a photo. Nissaki beach below the villa was our favourite. Taverna Agni to the north is a must for lunch, dinner or just a drink. The sisters that own and manage the villa are very friendly and helpful. Next time we return to Corfu we will be staying in one of these villas, we wish we could live in one. Everything inside and out is extremely comfortable with everything you need for your stay. There is a Lidl about half-way from the airport on the left (good place to get some supplies on your way to self-cater in the villa). The villa is on a little windy road about 800 meters from the main road and is easy to find if you follow the owners' great directions.

I live in Nissaki village in Corfu with my husband and two children. I'm a very active person and I can never have enough to do. If I'm not with my children, I'm running around managing our villas - both of which make me proud and happy. I couldn't have asked for anything else.

Why they chose this property

It was always my dream to build a house with a view amongst the greenery in Corfu. Nissaki's crystal clear waters, surrounding greenery and views from the mountain above it made it the perfect location. It provides remoteness and isolation in combination with ease of access to shops, traditional tavernas and many activities.

What makes this property unique

The views from the property are simply breath-taking. Usual things like swimming in the pool or looking out the bedroom window, with the greenery and the stunning views all around, make you feel like you are in a dream. The property's location is close enough to the village's centre to provide easy access to its amenities but at the same time, far enough, to provide peace and quite. If you are feeling active many options are just minutes away, be it walking trails, bicycling, water skiing, eating out and much more.
