A compact town house backing onto the River Trent close to all the famous sporting venues and the leisure activities that Trent Bridge has to offer. Pubs and restaurants are on the doorstep, lively West Bridgford is a 15 minute walk and Nottingham City Centre is just a mile away with frequent buses stopping at Trent Bridge or hail a taxi coming back into town.
Two of the three bedrooms ( a double and twin) open out onto the large balcony with seating where you can look down onto the bustling riverside and look across to Trent Bridge itself.
The house has all facilities including wifi and is best suited for up to 4 guests. Availability of third bedroom to be agreed with owner on booking

Clean and comfy beds, nice view of river and the Forest ground, nice house. Plenty of pubs and shops in walking distance. Will book again next time we’re in the area.

Great location right on the River Trent and pretty centrally located. Really nice property with everything you need. Also has two parking spaces which is great for Nottingham City.

Lovely views and good location

A good place for us to stay in while we dropped our daughter off at uni. Mike was very good with his communication. Parking for two cars which was a must for us this weekend. Clean and tidy. Thanks

Cricket match stay

Excellent location of the property for all the sporting venues in Nottingham. Everything was as described and very clean. Thank you to Mike for all the information he provided. Would definitely book again if going to football or cricket in Nottingham.

Perfect option for Nottingham stay

My husband and I, plus our two children were visiting family and friends in Nottingham and needed a central location. This townhouse was perfect. I was enticed by the positive reviews of it being a clean property and it absolutely was. It was just the right size for us and had all the amenities we required. Mike's communication regarding check-in was great and he was easily contactable if we needed anything (which we didn't, as everything was explained well). The view of the River Trent from the upstairs balcony is also lovely. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Mike's property and would recommend it to others visiting Nottingham.

Beautiful stay

Great communication from owner from the start of our stay and answered any questions we had. Beautiful location and the property was lovely, everything needed and the balcony looking over the river was also nice. Kids loved it. Also lovely neighbours and made us feel welcome to the area Thanks again and will book again for next year

Weekend trip to Nottingham

This was a lovely house for a group of three friends to base ourselves in during a weekend trip to Nottingham. Really nice relaxing views over the river from the first floor terrace, and the city centre is within walking distance. A great place to stay.

Riverside Location

The property was advertised and warm on chilly mornings. The walk into town takes about 30mins along a canal and is very pleasant. A good spot for a short break.

Great Location

Perfect location to accommodate 4 adults. Many services available within walking distance. Outdoor balcony on the upper level and patio on the ground level. Quiet neighbourhood. Property owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Perfect getaway!

Brilliant place; Mike the perfect host, quick to respond and couldn't have been more helpful. Ideal location, nicely presented, very comfortable beds, clean, orderly. The balcony overlooking the river was very pleasant in the evening and things like the record player a nice touch! Loved staying here and would definitely consider again in future!

Fabulous location

This is our second stay at this property. Although all rooms are very good, we spend the majority of our time sitting on the large balcony watching the river activities directly opposite. The location is very good with plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking. Looking forward to hopefully coming back next year.

This is my main home but I am not always around to enjoy it so I wish to share the benefits of its fantastic location with visitors to Nottingham.
I generally retain one bedroom and study/utility for my private use leaving the two river facing bedrooms for guests along with the lounge diner and kitchen areas. Don't worry, I will not be home when during your stay !
If you have a specific requirement for a third bedroom and access to a washing machine for a longer stay please let me know .

When I looked to downsize, this property had the wow factor in terms of its location and the fabulous balcony overlooking the Trent. If you come to stay Nottingham, you can get in and out of the city , visit the sporting venues and access a number of local bars and restaurants without a car. There is however space for 2 cars on my driveway.
