Historic & quaint villa with a cosy cottage ambience located in a quiet wynd in the town centre. This unique property has the advantage of its own private courtyard for alfresco dining. Crails Lane is an ideal base for families, golfers & friends alike in the very heart of St. Andrews, situated between Market Street & South Street.
The space
This two storey townhouse dates back to the early 19th Century and retains some its original features such as the gas lamp on the exterior. A much-loved, traditional home which is practical and clean but with the occasional sign of wear and tear.
The Ground Floor consists of:
A Fully equipped Kitchen,
Sitting Room with TV
A Dining Room with table & chairs & small TV
Bathroom with WC. & wash basin
Access to courtyard from Dining Room
Courtyard with picnic bench & 4 deck chairs
Upstairs consists of:
2 double bedrooms
2 single bedrooms
Bathroom with a shower, WC. & wash basin.
Guest Access

Father and daughter team running three properties in the very heart of beautiful St.Andrews. Christo and his wife Christine live on a farm just outside St.Andrews. Christo is a keen golfer and often found walking his dog on the many beaches near St. Andrews. Their daughter Fay has had a long and varied career in all aspects of hospitality and has a great interest in travel, art and culture. We look forward to welcoming you very soon to the Home of Golf and the Kingdom of Fife.
