¡Nunca querrás irte! Ubicado en el paseo marítimo del puerto, este apartamento de segundo piso tiene vistas que están fuera de este mundo. ¡Literalmente solo hay un espacio como este en la ciudad! ¡Las vistas son increíbles y sin obstáculos! Observe cómo los botes entran y salen del puerto desde Resurrection Bay. ¡Mire por las grandes ventanas de la sala de estar para ver a los animales (focas de puerto, leones marinos, nutrias marinas, pájaros) jugar afuera en el agua y pescar peces de la estación de limpieza de peces! ¡Mira a través de la bahía (observa las ballenas que se abren paso) hacia las montañas donde puedes ver glaciares y en la primavera una avalancha ocasional! A través de las ventanas de los dormitorios se puede ver a los excursionistas escalar el famoso monte. ¡Maratón! ¡Más del 4 de julio puedes ver la carrera en la cama! ¡Este apartamento de una habitación y un baño realmente es uno en un millón y estamos ansiosos por compartirlo con usted!

Staying in this apartment was an AMAZING experience! Our host messaged us the day before stating she would let us know when the unit was cleaned so we could check in earlier than 3PM. We were able to check in at 2:30PM when we arrived. EVERY detail was thought out for items someone traveling may need. Travel size makeup remover, toothbrushes still in packaging, coffee, filters, ziplock bags, DVDs, books, plenty of spices for cooking, etc. I could keep adding items to this list. These details were appreciated and noticed. The view was incredible! Watching the fish being cleaned, the birds in the morning, the boats in the harbor and with the stunning view of the mountains and water. I would highly recommend this apartment and host. The apartment was spotless, and the location was great. We were 200ft from where we checked in for our Kenai Fjords tour. Thank you for the great experience in Seward! This is our first visit to Alaska, and we are planning on coming back!Thanks!Lacy

Amazing describes the views from this rental. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Seward. Everything is walking distance. The owner Sarah was most helpful and accommodating. Stellar sea lions fed right in front of our window. A mother even fed her young one. Loved watching the harbor and boardwalk activity. I highly recommend this rental if you stay in Seward.

The view is amazing! Saw otters, sea lions and harbor seal. Eagles, ducks and gulls. The host has provided everything you might needed.

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

Beautiful view and perfect location.

We choose this location to be near the boat tours. We really enjoy the near by restaurants and bakery. The apartment had everything we needed. The binoculars were a nice touch.

A+ Experience!

The apartment is located overlooking the harbor/marina. Very scenic. We enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the fishermen come in and process their catch for waiting customers. We didn't cook but the kitchen looked fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Shops and restaurants are close by as well as gathering points for some tour companies. The property manager was incredibly patient and responded promptly to all our questions.

Fantastic Views of Seward Harbor

The view is the main attraction here !! The property manager was very easy to contact and immediately solved any issues. The apartment kitchen was very well equipped. Electronic device USB chargers and cables everywhere! We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great condo with great views!

We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Pictures don't do justice

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

Great view

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond. Very convenient to walk around and see the town. Cute place with an amazing view!! Definitely recommend

Amazing view and location
