Propriété au bord de l'eau! Bel appartement à quai situé dans le port!

Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir! Situé sur la promenade du port, cet appartement au deuxième étage offre des vues qui sont hors de ce monde! Il n'y a littéralement qu'un seul espace comme celui-ci en ville! Les vues sont incroyables et dégagées! Regardez les bateaux entrer et sortir du port de Resurrection Bay. Jetez un coup d'œil par les grandes fenêtres du salon pour regarder les animaux (phoques communs, otaries, loutres de mer, oiseaux,) jouer dehors dans l'eau et attraper les poissons de la station de nettoyage des poissons! Regardez à travers la baie (attention aux baleines qui traversent) dans les montagnes où vous pouvez voir des glaciers et au printemps une avalanche occasionnelle! À travers les fenêtres de la chambre, vous pouvez regarder les randonneurs escalader le célèbre mont. Marathon! Le 4 juillet, vous pourrez regarder la course allongée au lit! Cet appartement d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain est vraiment un sur un million et nous sommes impatients de le partager avec vous!

Appartement comprend: un lit queen size, câble, Internet, cuisine entièrement équipée, une vue imprenable et une salle de bains (douche).

L'appartement est situé dans l'agitation du port. Il se trouve à proximité de restaurants, de boutiques de cadeaux, de bureaux de bateaux charter / d'excursions, d'un magasin de crème glacée et de magasins de vêtements. Il est situé à un mile du centre-ville. Une navette gratuite Seward est disponible autour de la ville. L'arrêt de bus est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la porte.

Cet appartement n'est PAS accessible aux handicapés. Il est situé sur un deuxième étage avec un escalier. Un parking gratuit pour cet appartement est disponible, mais est situé en face de la rue.

Amazing view and location

We would definitely stay here again. The apartment is well appointed, has beautiful views and the location on the dock was so convenient for our fishing trip and to walk to restaurants.

Our stay at this property was incredible. The space is gorgeous, has everything you'd need and more, and you really can't beat sitting by the huge windows watching wildlife swim by.

Beautiful view and perfect location.

We choose this location to be near the boat tours. We really enjoy the near by restaurants and bakery. The apartment had everything we needed. The binoculars were a nice touch.

Fantastic location!

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location simply cannot be beat! Sarah's place was clean, comfortable, and right at the harbor. We loved watching the boats come and go, and watching the fishermen clean their catch each day. We will stay here again next time we're in Seward.

We loved our stay at Sarah's place conveniently located dockside in the harbor. The apartment had everything and anything we needed. Well appointed and Sarah left excellent instructions and recommendations during and after our stay. We would stay here again should we ever cine back to visit!

Amazing describes the views from this rental. The apartment is immaculately clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Seward. Everything is walking distance. The owner Sarah was most helpful and accommodating. Stellar sea lions fed right in front of our window. A mother even fed her young one. Loved watching the harbor and boardwalk activity. I highly recommend this rental if you stay in Seward.

A location that can't be beat

Directly overlooking the Seward harbour, with spectacular views of the mountains, boats, harbour seals, bald eagles and sea otters frolicking below your windows, you absolutely can't beat the location of this apartment. Clean, well equipped, and hosted by a very communicative and nice host, all the best amenities of Seward are steps away. When in Seward, you can't do better than this apartment.

Wonderful views, super host and extremely comfortable accommodations. The host has thought of everything…if you even say the words “I wonder if they have”, trust me, it will be there. This apartment is super clean, modern and comfortable. The views from every window are amazing and the location is convenient. We would most definitely stay here again.
