Santa Barbara Heights is a private gated development within the Club La Costa World resort. The apartment includes high quality furniture, appliances, WiFi connection, UK TV channels, Bluetooth speaker and air conditioning for the perfect stay. The community has a large swimming pool, children’s pool, sunbeds and cabanas, secure car parking & access to the gym.
The apartment has a wrap-around terrace offering sea views to the front and mountain views to the rear and has its own private plunge pool. The apartment includes high quality furniture, appliances and features throughout for a perfect stay. The community has a large swimming pool with sunbeds and cabanas and a children’s pool surrounded by grass areas. Secure car parking & access to the gym are also included. There is a good WiFi connection, international TV channels, Bluetooth speaker and air conditioning.
The apartment has been newly furnished to the highest standard. The living room has a dining table/chairs and a large comfortable sofa. There is a 65" Ultra HD 4k Smart TV with international channels and apps (Netflix, YouTube or Amazon). A control panel operates the lighting and AC which can be set separately for the living room and each bedroom.
The dual aspect terrace has a large dining table with chairs and a chill out area with sofa, armchairs and a small table. There is also a small sea saltwater plunge pool on the terrace.
The apartment can sleep a total of 4 people; it has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a 43" Ultra HD 4k Smart TV connected to the internet and with streaming apps. Both bedrooms also have automatic blackout window shutters and separate AC controls.
There are 2 ensuite bathrooms; the main bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath with shower and the second bedroom has a large walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There are also a variety of pans, pots, cooking utensils and other small electrical appliances.
