As the name suggests, this luxury holiday home in the heart of Burford is a former brewery to Garne & Sons Ltd and has been superbly renovated whilst still retaining its original character and charm and now welcomes 8+2 guests across four tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the +2 option being a small double sofa bed in the study. On the split-level ground floor is a large living room complete with stone fireplace with wood burning stove and study with dedicated work space. To the rear of the property is a bright open plan kitchen/dining/sitting space leading to an enclosed courtyard, offering a great entertainment space during your stay.

Accommodation
This four bedroom holiday home is ideally situated for those looking to stay in a charming Cotswold town with pubs, cafes and shops all within a stones throw from your front door. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Split-level with underfloor heating throughout

Plenty of seating for ten with three sofas, three armchairs and window seating, large coffee table, stone fireplace with wood burning stove and Smart TV with Apple TV

Small double sofa bed (available on request), wooden desk and chair

The maximum occupancy for this property is 10 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under)

The perfect celebration weekend!

We stayed at the Brewery with friends and family and honestly cannot recommend it enough. The house is stunning - so much so that I didn’t want to leave and the location is absolutely perfect. Stay Cotswolds provided responses well and information was perfect. I’d definitely book with them again!

A wonderful property

This is a great place to stay. We were three couples all of whom had en-suite rooms, leaving a twin room vacant. There are great spaces downstairs and all guests were able to sit together in the lounge or dining room. We had a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay at The Brewery! Perfect home for family gathering.

Stylish and spacious family home with everything we needed. Six adults and three tinies fitted very comfortably. Lovely courtyard allowed us to be outside safely enjoying the fabulous weather. Perfect location minutes from the High Street with excellent variety of eating places and independent shops. Simon was immediately contactable and very helpful with any questions we had prior to our stay, and when there was a problem with a light after our arrival. Highly recommend The Brewery for a visit to this wonderful area of the Cotswolds.

Weekend away

A truly beautiful property that is tastefully decorated with all the amenities you could wish for. The location is perfect - in the centre of Burford ideal for shopping and visiting restaurants yet very peaceful and the wonderful countryside is easily accessible. Fantastic house in the heart of Burford

Perfect stay for Family

Superb house

I had been looking for an opportunity to stay at The Brewery for a while and thought it would be a good place to stay for a family get-together. The house surpassed my expectations by some distance! The space, decor, and attention to detail were all great pluses. The location is excellent - ancient inns, the town of Burford, and the wider Cotswolds, are on your doorstep. All the bedrooms were beautifully arranged - with the main bedroom suite being the star performer. A stunning property that we enjoyed calling ‘home’ for the week. Thank you to everyone involved in making our stay at The Brewery truly memorable.

Joint 80th Family Celebration

A lovely accomodation for a family birthday get together. The Brewery is situated just off the Burford High Street so everything is very handy. Accomodation is at a very high standard and Simon ,the owner was very accommodating to our needs and special requests. I would highly recommend this property.

A brilliant relaxing getaway

The house is beautiful and a perfect getaway. The communication helps make it relaxing and stress free. It’s ideally located for a good walk and a mooch around the shops with pubs at every turn. We had a fab time

Amazing week in Burford at the Brewery

We had a lovely week with friends in Burford and staying at the Brewery was amazing! The house is beautiful and right in the heart of Burford...we didn't move the car all week! Simon was very helpful and there to meet us when we arrived.

Beautiful place in the Cotswolds

Stayed here with 3 other adults and 3 children. The property was old and beautiful from the outside and modern and comfortable on the inside. Well-equipped, clean, comfy, warm. Handy for the Cotswolds generally and we had a great time.

Perfect Cotswold

Love Burford. And the “brewery” was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location to everything. Home was spotless. All the amenities our family of 7 needed. Would stay here again.

Beautiful house

What a lovely house in a convenient location. We worried it might be a bit noisy as we live in a rural location but it was perfect. Nice to visit pubs that have live music at the weekends too. Ate out every day in a different place and didn't have one bad meal.

What a place!
