Apartment on the third and last floor, without a lift typical of all historic Venetian buildings. It is very large and bright with a charming view over the roofs of the city.

In the historic building, were mainly Venetian families live. The brand new kitchen has all the essential accessories for breakfast and cooking. The spaces are enriched with modern furniture expertly combined with furniture in Venetian style and paintings by Venetian painters. In the bathroom there is both a shower and a bathtub, and a bidet. One room can be used for storing bulky suitcases.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, central heating, 2 sofa beds, 1 TV, wifi. The San Francesco area is among the most genuine of the city, the least contaminated by mass tourism. Near the apartment there is a supermarket, small traditional groceries and local shops that are unique in Venice. A few steps from the apartment there are typical bacari, taverns and very nice restaurants.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment.

This stay had the basic supplies you needed for the most part. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well to cool the space. Locations was nice. The directions supplied and AI chat was helpful. There was no natural charm and for the price it wasn’t a nice homey place. There were dead mosquitoes all over the ceilings. The check in person didn’t review anything with us; didn’t show or explain garbage, didn’t know wifi information, wasn’t very helpful. We could not use the Wi-Fi and politely waited until business hours to ask for this to be fixed. AI responded but no one else ever responded or fixed it. No seating area to hang out together, just a table. Even with steady updates on flights and arrival times once we arrived it was made to seem like we didn’t give them enough time to get to the apartment to let us in. We have no idea how long a taxi from the airport or walk from the port take to give an exact arrival time. I would have assumed by stating we are in line at water taxi you would know around what time we would arrive.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood

The apartment is beautiful and in a lovely location that is easy to access from the airport! An easy walk to St Marks Basilica and lots of great restaurants! Hosts are super helpful and responsive too. I would definitely book again!

Incredible apartment in Venice! Check-in was seamless thanks to the thorough instructions and clear directions. Communication was exceptional — the host was always available and quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment itself was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The recommendations provided were spot-on and helped us make the most of our time in Venice. Highly recommend!

Cool apartment close to boat drop off and near canals.

Our apartment in Venice was really cool! It was a short walk from where the boat dropped us off. One of the apartment staff met us there to give us keys and show us around. It was on the 3rd floor of the building, so lots of walking up stairs every day, but the aparmentment had great air conditioning, a sizable bathroom and kitchen, and enough sleeping area for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was close walking to a beautiful canal, but all views and areas that we saw in Venice were beautiful. I would stay there again!!

Dealt with property management with any questions not the owner of apartment. At check-in was just given the keys and no explanation on how anything works in the apartment or where the garbage drop off would be at the end of the stay. We spent quite some time on the the night figuring out where we had to go and drop the garbage. We had booked this apartment so that each person in our group would get their own room and bed which is a treat at the end leg of your trip. I thought all of the rooms would have been made up and perhaps my error for not asking or stating how many rooms to make; so that was a bit of a let down. I would have booked a less costly place with only two bedrooms if we had wanted to share. We discovered some mould in the kitchen ceiling but that could be the case for all Venice apartments??? Shower takes a very long time to drain so you have to wet then turn the water off to soap up then on to rinse, etc. I did send a message on the first day and was told someone would come to look at it but no one came during the visit. There are no screens on the windows and I didn't see the little plug in zaps until the end of the trip. Did get some bites during stay. Apartment is very spacious though and we enjoyed having a kitchen to have coffee and breakfast and a nice dining area. Apartment is clean. Bring hand soap we had to go out and get some. Location is great in a quiet area, a little cafe around the corner and great restaurant close by. Waterbus: Celestia

Die Wohnung ist groß, gut eingerichtet und liegt hervorragend.In der Beschreibung auf FeWo-direkt wird eine Parkmöglichkeit aufgeführt. Dies ist falsch! Man kann nicht mit dem Auto zur Wohnung gelangen. Der Vermieter sagt, er habe keinen Fehler gemacht, da auf seiner eigenen Webseite keine Garage aufgeführt sei. Kurzum blieb ich auf 105 Parkgebühren sitzen.Einen Balkon, wie beschrieben, hat die Wohnung übrigens auch nicht.Mein Vertrauen zu FeWo-direkt ist nicht mehr vorhanden.
