About this property

Modern villa a few minutes walk from Punta Prima Beach.

'Casa Del Aire' is a stylish, well equipped villa with large private pool(heated if required at extra charge) and stunning sea views from the large upper terrace. The villa is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac yet is only a two minutes walk from the stunning Blue Flag Punta Prima Beach, local restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy.

The large lower terrace is well equipped with 6 sun loungers, parasol, a dining table with 6 chairs and a comfy sofa and two chairs: perfect for chilling out in the Menorcan sunshine and enjoying a dip in the pool(pool heater installed and available at extra cost).

The fully equipped kitchen leads out to the lower terrace which is ideal for al fresco entertaining.

Our large lounge diner also opens to the lower terrace through patio doors. The room has a bright, Mediterranean ‘vibe’ with cream linen sofas, Kilim cushions and matching rug, a dining table which extends to seat 8 diners and very convenient drinks fridge. We have a TV with UK free view & Spanish channels and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs for our guests to enjoy.

The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 king suite) and 3 bathrooms. Our two double bedrooms on the ground floor are air conditioned, each having an adjacent bathroom. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe with lots of hangers and baskets for all of the ‘small stuff’. One of our bedrooms leads directly to the pool via patio doors.

Our upper suite offers the real WOW factor as the patio doors open to a large terrace with stunning views of the Isle Del Aire and the lighthouse. The spacious, air conditioned suite with king size bed, offers an abundance of wardrobe space and has an en suite bathroom/shower with sea views (also of the lighthouse). The upper terrace is equipped with a bistro table, 2 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

If you choose to rent a car, our villa has ample parking space.

Having rented properties in Punta Prima for almost 20 years we endeavour to offer our guests a perfect holiday experience and added extras. We have a professional quality hairdryer in the villa & original GHD straighteners Beach towels and beach umbrellas are also available - and f you have any specific requirements prior to your arrival please let us know & we will try to accommodate.

Lovely villa in central location

Villa is in an ideal location - it’s just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Villa itself was very clean and well equipped. Lovely pool and outside seating areas. Elaine was very responsive to any queries and check in process was straightforward.

Lovely villa within 5 minutes walk of beach and restaurants. Nice quiet garden and pool area with lots of seating options. Great view from the upper terrace and chance for early evening sun. Excellent communication from Elaine and Kieran both before and during our stay.

Great family holiday

We had a fantastic week, great location just a 5 minute walk down to the beach, restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The villa was perfect for us with our young children, with comfortable beds and bathrooms. The pool terrace downstairs has good space for lounging and outdoor dining. The pool is a good size, our 6 year old could easily stand up in the shallow end and the youngest could easily get in and out with the steps. The photos don't do view from the upstairs bedroom and terrace justice - it's fantastic at any time of the day. Elaine and Keiran were every helpful sorting everything out in advance of our trip, meaning we had an amazing time.

A lovely time has by all

What a lovely 10 days we had at Casa Del Aire. The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and many little touches that made it a real home from home. Very comfortable beds means we were well rested after a hard days sunbathing ;) The pool area is fab, completely private and we opted to have the pool heated which the lovely owners Elaine and Keiran were happy to sort out for us. We had great communication from them both from the time of booking and throughout. We actually had the pleasure of meeting them in the village one day. They both gave us some great restaurant recommendations and advice on the local area. Punta Prima is a lovely friendly village and just a couple of minutes walk away from the villa. We’d highly recommend Cafe Royal, Santi and Cafe Aire for fab food and service. All have tables with great views of the beach. We had such a lovely time we really didn’t want to come home. Thank you Elaine and Keiran :)
