Accommodating up to seven guests in four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, this elegant home is an ideal base for families and groups. Just a short 15-minute walk from the centre of Looe, guests can easily explore the town's charming shops, vibrant harbour, and delightful eateries.Arranged over three floors, Beech House offers a blend of comfort and style. Entry is through the well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, featuring modern amenities for an enjoyable self-catering stay. Off the kitchen, a utility room houses a large American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, and a convenient wet room, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Ample storage outside accommodates bikes, kayaks, and beach essentials. The lounge, with its high ceilings and wood-burning stove, is a cosy retreat for autumn and winter evenings. An open archway connects the lounge to the dining area, where a table with seating for seven invites guests to gather for meals.The first floor hosts three inviting bedrooms: two double rooms with woodland views and a single with fitted wardrobes. A family bathroom with both a bath and a large separate shower offers ample space for everyone. The second floor opens to the expansive master bedroom, a tranquil retreat in the eaves with a king-size bed, woodland views, an ensuite shower room, and comfortable seating for two—perfect for unwinding in peace.Beech House features a sunlit, furnished terrace that enjoys afternoon and evening sun during the summer, ideal for outdoor relaxation or dining. A small, enclosed garden with mature shrubs adds to the home’s charm.
