Villa Black Marlin 5 Star Luxury Heated Pool wifi BBQ

Welcome to Villa Black Marlin, an exclusive villa in the Ölüdeniz Blue Lagoon region that caters for families and groups to the highest standards. Eight ensuite bedrooms accommodate groups up to 16 people in the utmost luxury. Every effort has been made to create comfort for our guests. It is the ideal choice for weddings and celebrations and we invite you to browse our photos which say more than a thousand words.
The villa is built on a 1000 m² plot and offers guests enough space to move around.The villa also offers enough space and privacy for all guests inside.The villa is very well located. Supermarkets and shuttle service to Ölüdeniz and famous Hisarönu are within walking distance.

Pool:
The pool is 10 m long and 6 m wide 1,50 m deep and is heated(not included in the renting price)
The pool is cleaned and checked every day

Furnishing:
Each guest gets a towel, a shower towel and a pooltowel The towels may only be used in the villa.In each room there is a hairdryer, handsoap and toilet paper.In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need in everyday life, plates, pans, pots, coffee maker, cutlery, sugar, salt, water, spices, glasses, cups, tea towels, dish soap, garbage bags, toaster juicers and much more
The villa is equipped with a washing machine dryer iron dishwasher. Detergents are provided

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. In some cases, if there is no booking for the next day, we can make exceptions after consultation. Otherwise the times must be observed.Each guest is personally welcomed by me in the villa and I am also there when checking out.
Damage Deposit:
The guest must bring a damage deposit of £300 in cash.
After check-out, this will be paid out in cash again if everything is in order.
We want to protect ourselves against major damage. Broken glasses and plates do not apply.

self catering villa:
This villa is a self catering accommodation and not a hotel. All the utensils that we have provided you with, as well as water, toilet paper, coffee, etc., must be bought again yourself

various:
From 2022 to July 2023 we had a construction site next to the villa. The construction site is complete.

Airport/Transfer
We offer a transfer service. The advantage is that all drivers know our location and there is a smooth transfer. every guest is free to come to the villa themselves but if you want a transfer you can ask me.

Beautiful Villa, a party of 12 (3 families) we all have had a great time at Villa Black Marlin, and made some amazing memories.Lovely spaces, grounds, great pool and jacuzzi! All beds and pillows very comfortable, all bedrooms and indoor spaces air conditioned. We used the outdoor bbq, kitchen has everyday appliances and utensils. Local grocery, and takeaways will deliver to the villa. Great responsiveness from Yasin when needed.Location is great just a 10 min stroll to Hisaronu, and a stunning restaurant called Barracuda.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a villa holiday in Turkey Thank you for a great holiday Vivien, Phil and family, friends

Family holiday

Owner Yesin was outstanding, he also arranged our transfers and immediately answered any questions we had during our stay. The villa itself was lovely, good size for a family of 15, we weren’t on top of each other, location is great for both Olu Deniz by dolmus, and a short walk to Hisonaru, we would all definitely like to return. A big thank you Yesin for making our longed for holiday so fabulous ⭐️

We had an amazing holiday at the Black Marlin Villa Turkey. Myself and my family enjoyed everything. The villa is amazing. Family of 16 but there was enough room for everyone. Location was brilliant near to food bars restaurants etc., Host was on hand if needed. Will be back and would recommend anyone wising to book this villa.

Lovely Spacious Villa

We booked this villa for 8 couples (16 adults) The villa was clean and Yasin was friendly and welcoming, Yasin had also arranged our transfer to and from the airport. Nothing major to complain about, although we had a few teething problems: the lights at night which Yasin sorted for us, one bedroom was missing a hanging rail in the wardrobe which took a couple of days to remedy, one other room we moved a shelving unit into because there was no where to hang clothes, as I say nothing major, rooms are all various sizes even the smallest room is compact and comfortable, plenty of utensils etc in the kitchen which was more than adequately equipped. Sadly not enough sun beds for everyone but we managed, no gym equipment as seen in photos but we didn’t book the villa expecting to use gym equipment so no let down there. Couple of bulbs were out and needed replacing. Again nothing major to complain about. Location is pretty good as a 10 min walk into Hissy. New villas being built next to ours so was disturbed a little with work going on but certainly didn’t spoil the holiday, and I expect they will be completed pretty soon. All in all I would book this villa again if I were to go away with a large party, but would like to see a few bits updated a little as the villa is well used however very usable. Liked the water dispensers thought they were a great idea, and not mentioned on the listing. No complaints just little grumbles. Thank you to our host Yasin.

Lovely villa

We had a week at Villa Black Marlin in August 2023. The villa is lovely, with extra touches like water dispensers, ice making freezer. 8 bedrooms all en suite, lovely pool area. Central location - 10 minute walk to Hisaronou and short taxi or dolmus ride to Olu Deniz. However - Location - right next door to a building site where they are building 6 villa’s, so lots of banging and drilling. A few things need to be looked at- wires hanging from the ceiling, not enough sun beds (only 8, although the villa can sleep up to 16). One of the toilets had an awful smell- fortunately we had one spare bedroom so people could move, and although we reported it to the owner 2 days after arrival it wasn’t fixed while we were there. Just as well there were only 9. No gym equipment although there are photos of it on the website. The jets in the pool jacuzzi didn’t work. We booked and paid in full for the villa in 2021, originally for July 2023, but because the owner had double booked we had to change dates to August. Three days after we arrived we were asked to pay an additional €940 by the owner ‘because it is more expensive in August than July’ although the change of dates was not our fault. Suffice to say we did not! Overall a lovely week with family. Would I stay here again? Afraid not.

Honest review

Ok, so we chose this Villa as a luxury stay with our family and our friends and family total of 9 people for two weeks. On arrival we were met by the owner and given a tour of the villa and then left to settle in. Some great touches, 2 fresh drinking water coolers in the villa, x-box and games in the main room, tv’s in every bedroom with Netflix, Disney etc. All Bedrooms had separate air con, Beds were fairly comfy, although pillows were poor and only a light blanket as a top cover which your feet pole out of. Kitchen is well equipped and we found everything we needed. Pool and pool area is lovely although only 6 sun beds when we arrived, we requested more and another 2 were delivered a few days later. Outdoor fridge cooler by the pool, plastic glasses, really useful , Bluetooth speaker too. The villa is in a good location, with restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Down side, building work going on next door, so not very peaceful, if you’re expecting gym equipment shown in photos, then you’ll be disappointed as no longer there. In the villa itself, there were a few light fittings missing with wires sticking out of the walls / ceiling, some of the bedrooms were lacking wardrobes/drawers, and the standard of cleanliness was not great. Bad points aside, we had a great holiday here and the owner was only a message away for any questions.

Fantastic experience

The host was very helpful and the Villa is very beautiful and spacious. Shops were close by and the neighbourhood is very calm. Had a lovely birthday celebration.

Family holiday

Amazing villa for a big family and friends holiday of all different ages. Great location with shops just around the corner and beach and strip down a main road. Also a bus stop nearby.

Fantastic house for groups

We stayed with a group of 7 adults and enjoyed the well equipped villa with fantastic extras like big screens, a large jacuzzi and the pool area. Yasin has been a great host!

I have visited many regions in Turkey. But I ended up falling in love with this region. Why? It is breathtaking nature as well as mountains and the sea. There are so many things to see and do and you never get bored. Doesn't necessarily need to travel to the Maldives to see beautiful beaches

That is why I have made it my mission to build this villa so that families and groups can vacation together without sacrificing luxury. It is the only villa in the region that can accommodate 16 guests
