Villa Mavi - Private pool - In Kisla Bay area

Villa Mavi is a more traditional 4-bedroom villa located in Kisla, Kalkan, which is a private and tranquil area. The villa is within easy reach to Kalkan’s old town, restaurants and beach, which is a leisurely 30-minute walk. However, it is only a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach club, where water taxis are available to take you across the bay to the harbour.  This lovely villa is set out over 4 floors with each bedroom being En-suite. The pool and terrace area has been designed to accommodate sunbathing, relaxing and dining, and is an ideal place to bask in the glorious Kalkan sunshine. A perfect accommodation for families with children and larger groups. PLEASE NOTE: There is a main electricity pole outside the villa in the street.

Ground Floor
As you enter the ground floor level you are welcomed into a spacious open plan lounge, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen. Floor to ceiling windows lead out onto to the pool terrace.
The comfy lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating, satellite TV (limited English-speaking channels) and has an assorted of bookings and a few games to keep you entertained.
Adjacent to the lounge is the open-plan fully equipped kitchen.
The dining area seats up to 8 guests.
A WC is located on the ground floor, and the washing machine is in a cupboard under the stairs.

First Floor
This floor hosts two twin en-suite bedrooms, each with balcony access and sea views.

Second Floor
On this floor there is the master double en-suite bedroom which has access to a balcony and views over Kisla and out to sea.

Third Floor
The top floor hosts a triple en-suite bedroom in the eaves, with three single beds (height restrictions apply), which has access to a large terrace balcony, offering magnificent views of the sea, the Old Town and the harbour.

Bedroom 3 – Master double en-suite bedroom, air-conditioning, balcony, and plenty of wardrobe space. Second Floor.
Bedroom 4 – Triple single en-suite bedroom, air-conditioning, large full sea view terrace off the bedroom. Please note, as this is the top floor/roof space, height restrictions apply in the bathroom and bedroom. Top Floor.

Outside
The villa has a 6.5m x 4m (approx.) sized pool terrace incorporating a swimming pool with ladder access which is surrounded by sun-beds, umbrellas to provide shade, and an al-fresco dining table comfortably seating 8 people set under a shaded pergola. The pool terrace gets mainly all-day sun, and has limited sea views
