We only use the best quality bed linen and towels along with providing our guests with complimentary Scottish toiletries. Our aim is always to ensure our guess have a 5 star experience when staying in our apartment.

The kitchen has been fully refurbished and includes gorgeous marble worktops, dishwasher, fridge, washer dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. All cookware, crockery and kitchen utensils are also provided so you have everything you require to dish up a lovely home-cooked meal!

The spacious and bright open plan lounge equipped with a Flatscreen TV with Freeview HD. There’s also a grand dining room table which seats 6 persons comfortably. A comfortable and relaxed sitting area with a two seater window seat overlooking the perfectly tendered Guthrie Court gardens. Last but most defiantly not least the private outdoor balcony which is just lovely to sit out in on a beautiful Scottish evening with a glass of complimentary bubbles!
