Thank you for such nice comments. We try hard to make our guests' stay as good as possible so it is very rewarding to get such a review.
We had a lovely stay in this delightful cottage - it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very cosy with its beamed ceilings. The cottage is in a beautiful and peaceful part of the world too. The hosts, Andrew and Linda, were charming and very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Many thanks for your kind review. It was a pleasure to meet you both and delighted that you had an enjoyable stay.
The property had everything we needed for our mini break. It was cosy and warm even when the weather turned colder. The original features include low beams and doorways. The location made it a great base for touring Suffolk beaches.

Had a lovely time at Mistletoe Cottage.
It is a beautiful property, very well furnished and very comfortable to stay in.
Stairs are a challenge but not bad once you get used to them.
Linda and Andrew were marvelous hosts and available for any enquiries or just a quick chat. Loved seeing Cooper everyday too.
Will definitely visit again.

Very quite relaxed break. The cottage has everything you need , the log burner makes the living room very cosy. The bath is excellent for a soak after a busy day walking and exploring. The owners Andy and Louise are lovely and nothing is to much trouble. The little touches like fresh milk and a bottle of wine were much appreciated. Looking forward to a return visit.

Me and my partner stayed at Mistletoe Cottage for the first time as a getaway between Christmas & New Year. The cottage is cosy, charming and provided the ideal setting for a peaceful winter getaway. The owner’s hospitality was outstanding—they went above and beyond to make our stay special, leaving thoughtful touches for our arrival like milk, wine and more than enough logs for the fire throughout our stay.Reading through the guest book, it’s no surprise that so many people return to this lovely cottage year after year. We can’t wait to come back ourselves and experience this wonderful retreat again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape with fantastic hosts!

We were bowled over by the beauty of this cottage, its surroundings and the thoughtfulness of our hosts. Notwithstanding the song thrush serenading us throughout our stay, the peace and quiet was a joy, the cottage was clean, comfy and full of books and jigsaws. We'll need a month next time! Thank you to Linda & Andrew.

Lovely little cottage
Mistletoe cottage is a real away from it all place. Set in the midst of countryside, it is peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of lots of places to visit. The cottage has everything. The log fire was a lovely addition to the central heating and the little dishwasher was just perfect. Gorgeous big towels & beautiful bed linen completed the careful preparation of the cottage.
The owners were very nice and left tea, coffee & milk plus a bottle of wine for us. A lovely touch & very thoughtful. We would definitely stay at Mistletoe cottage again.
Thank you Linda and Andrew

Thank you for such a lovely review - we hope to see you again.
Wow, I've never stayed in a 300 year old building before, it's part of history.
What a beautiful place Andrew has, the cottage is spacious (watch out for a couple of low beams though), well fitted throughout with quality items including a comfortable bed. Fully functioning kitchen.
We loved using the fireplace and bbq in the evenings and sitting outside in the day enjoying views of the surrounding countryside.
Andrew was super helpful and friendly and offered good tips on local walks. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone. Absolute bargain compared to other places in the area.

We were delighted with this beautiful little cottage - so much character and such wonderful and helpful hosts. We have no hesitation in recommending to anyone. Just one thing, the on line listing address wasn't entirely accurate so we recommend contacting Andrew and Linda for the exact address and directions.
