Great apartment and location

This was one of the better locations we stayed in Europe. As others have mentioned, the check in process is a bit strange as you have to contact them via whatsapp and they will send the code to the main door. Then they remotely unlock the apartment door to let you in the first time. Once that was settled though, the apartment was in great shape and has everything you need. The location is great too as it is a short walk to the arch and waterfront views.

Good stay

Good stay in an excellent location! We are a family of 3 and this one bedroom with a fold-out couch worked perfectly for us. The location is ideal, just blocks from a main plaza and tourist pick up points, but tucked away just enough for quiet. Furnished just as pictured. A huge positive for us was the air conditioning. There are two separate units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. When we would come back after a long day of walking the units would cool the apartment very quickly. As a family traveling with a teen it was also a huge bonus to have an additional half bath as an area for her to get ready. We used the clothes washing machine and were also pleased. We found used toiletries; shampoo packets, body wash, bar of soap in the shower left behind by the previous occupants. I contacted the company and was told someone would be out to clean the bathroom that day while we were out. The items remained so I am not sure if someone came or not. Left behind shampoo and such is not the end of the world, but it doesn’t give you a confident feeling about overall cleanliness. Ultimately, we were still pleased with this apartment and are glad about our stay.

Beautiful Apartment

Although initially communication about the check-in process was unclear, once we arrived at the unit it was probably the best we have ever stayed in. It was well designed and maintained and very spacious. Paper products like tissue, napkins, and paper towels were absent but the kitchen was otherwise well stocked and there were plenty of towels in the closet. During the stay there was a problem with the shower door not opening, but once reported it was fixed in a matter of hours. Having a washer/dryer in unit was a huge bonus because it allowed us to pack light for our multi-weeek vacation and still have clean clothes while exploring. Overall we were very happy with our stay and didn't want to leave!
