In 2017 a new bathroom was installed and new air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. In the living room there are 2 comfortable leather sofas and a dining area with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV with international channels as well as a DVD / CD player and there is free WiFi internet. Through the sliding door you reach the partially covered terrace on the south. At the house you can enjoy the private pool and the sun terrace. The house is the ideal accommodation for a wonderful relaxing holiday with your children on the Costa del Sol in southern Spain. The location is perfect, between Benalmadena and Torremolinos and only 800 meters from the extensive sandy beaches and the port of Benalmadena. In Torremolinos and Benalmadena you will find everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Many shopping streets, a mile-long boulevard with cozy terraces and restaurants. Bedrooms


Two bedrooms, both with enough wardrobes, air conditioning / heating and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160 X 200. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 X 200. A children high chair and baby cot are available on request.


Bathrooms


The bathroom is completely renovated in 2017 and has a walk-in shower, a wash basin, toilet, bidet and hair dryer. There is a separate guest toilet.

Sunny partly covered south facing terraces with terrace furniture, sun beds and two sun umbrellas.

(Update 2023: due to drought measures the communal and private pools on the Costa del Sol cannot be refilled and have to remain closed until 1 June 2024).

To be able to fully enjoy the beautiful area we recommend you to rent a car but, since it is 10 to 15 minutes walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and public transport it is not absolutely necessary to have a car.
