Only 8km away from the center of Zakynthos and 5min from the famous town of Laganas, we created yet another villa, in the area of Koukla, ready to satisfy your needs and demands and make your holidays an unforgettable experience. With its’ own beach and a breathtaking view to the island of Marathonisi, also known as the turtle kareta-kareta island, we guarantee to all our guests special moments full of relaxation and rejuvenation. Privacy is guaranteed for everyone occupying the villa.



The architecture of the villa is a combination of traditional features coupled with a modern approach. The impressive metal entrance of the house has double large doors designed especially for the villa by local craftsmen. The positioning of the villa provides to every guest views to the gardens and the seafront.



Local masons have designed the garden walls which are marvelous examples of exposed stonework. The landscaped gardens are full of typical Mediterranean trees and flowers and are properly looked after by a professional gardener.



The total area is 4,000m. and the residence consists of the main building and a small 2-person guesthouse right next to the villa. The main villa is 120sq.m. and has a large entrance hall that overlooks from a paneled glass on its’ right part a small patio. The hallway leads to a spacious living room equipped with a huge TV and a fireplace. There is also the dining area and a brand new fully equipped kitchen.



There are 2 master bedrooms with double beds and 1 master bedroom with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has its own A/C unit, TV and bathroom. Each bathroom has been fully renovated and furnished in 2012 with first class materials. All rooms have huge wardrobes and big windows providing access to the surrounding balconies. There is also an extra storage room in the house. The fourth smaller bedroom has a single bed and a small bathroom with shower. It also has its own glass door for exiting the room.



The external small house is 12sq.m. and located next to the house’s entrance, and it has a double bed with a minibar, its own bathroom and it is used by a couple that wishes some extra privacy. There is possibility for at least 2 babycots.

Apart from that, there is an open-air BBQ complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a wood fired oven. For the guests enjoying the sea on the beach all day long, there is one more external shower room with WC. There is parking space for at least 5 cars .



The villa has daily cleaning and change of sheets and towels every second day.
