Farmhouse with Hot Tub & Far Reaching Views Of Dartmoor

The Farmhouse at Wolverwood is a cosy 3 Bedroomed residence with 180 degree views of Dartmoor. We have a Hot Tub to take in the outdoor life of the Farm. Although not a working Farm we do have family pets of Goats & Chickens which roam free around the Farm and Two very well behaved Labradors. The house sleeps up to 8 Guests with the Snug & Log Burner for those cosy nights in! This also has a Sofa Bed for those Guests that just don't want to leave the relaxation of this cosy room. The Dining Room with table & Seating for 10 guests along with Log Burner is very relaxing to host any Family Event. The Master Bedroom along with it's en suite wet room and King Size Bed with Luxury White Bedding you will have no problem having that relaxing sleep. Two further bedrooms, 1 of which is on the same floor as Master Room and the third is on the second floor all with exceptional views over Dartmoor. The Master Bathroom is again a Wet room for easy use and is situated on the first floor. The Farmhouse has a Free Standing Galley Kitchen with separate Larder/Laundry Room and is very well equipt with Washing Machine & Tumble Drier. We also have the addition of The Luxury Garden Room which is an insulated Log Cabin with King Size Bed, Toilet & Sink with Tea/Coffee making facilities. This is an additional cost to the Farmhouse of £120. The Farmhouse is situated on the Hillside and surrounded 360 degree by it's own land in the middle of a 5 acre site. We are the Farm situated in the ancient Stannary Town of Plympton St Maurice which was one of the fourth in the area and dates back as far as the Saxon Period and houses an ancient hill top castle ruin along with the Old Fore Street and ancient Guildhall.
