Brand new superior apartment, located in the charming sought-after village of Mellieha. This fully-air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment includes 1 full bathroom with shower a spacious combined Kitchen / Living / Dining and front and back balcony with stunning country views also equipped with BBQ facilities. Lovely and quite neighborhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta’s sandy beaches.

This brand new modern apartment is located in a block of self-catering holiday apartments.

Apart from being fully air-conditioned, this maisonette is also fully equipped and furnished, including washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, pots, pans ,etc etc
Free Wifi and TV channels are also included in the price.

The neighborhood
Mellieħa is one of the northernmost villages of the Maltese islands and overlooks Malta’s largest sandy beach called Mellieħa Bay, also known as Ghadira.
Mellieha has a lovely character and picturesque scenes that provide you with a view of life in Malta as well as offering you all amenities for a comfortable holiday.
It’s just a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo.

- Please note that Water and Electricity consumptions are included in the price with a limit of 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week and 150 KWh of electricity per apartment per week. The limits are usually more than sufficient for the stay.

- Regarding the monthly rate, please note that the price does not include bills of water, and electricity. Guests will only pay for what they consume at the end of the month.

- Internet WiFi is provided free of Charge. IPTV is also provided free of charge (with several different international channels).

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Malta kennenzulernen

Von der Buchung bis hin zum Aufenthalt fühlt man sich rundum gut betreut . Die Wohnung war sauber und zentral gelegen. Sehr gute Busanbindungen um von dort aus Malta zu erkunden. LG an das Team, wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf Malta.

Schöner Maltaurlaub in schöner Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in dieser schönen, sauberen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, die Möbel waren noch sehr neu und nicht abgenutzt, die Matratzen waren sehr bequem und es war auch sehr sauber. Auf unseren Wunsch hin bekamen wir noch extra Strandbadetücher und eine kleine elektrische Kaffeemaschine. In der Wohnung gibt es ansonsten nur eine kleine Espressokanne. Eine kleine Anmerkung hätten wir noch: Eierbecher und Schnapsgläschen wären vielleicht nicht schlecht, aber das ist wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Kommunikation mit Ruth Gallea über Whats App hat super geklappt, sie hat sich immer gleich zurück gemeldet, wenn wir ihr geschrieben hatten und war immer sehr nett. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Schlüsselkästchen am Haus hat auch problemlos geklappt. Am nächsten Morgen kam dann ein sehr netter, junger Mann, dem wir die Restzahlung übergaben. Das einzige Problem sind die Parkplätze in der Strasse, es gibt nur sehr wenige und je später man abends heimkommt, desto weniger Parkplätze gibt es. Am besten nimmt man sich ein kleines Mietauto. Es ist auch auch auf ganz Malta einfacher, mit einem kleinen Auto herum zu fahren. Sehr positiv war auch der Welbee's Supermarket, er ist zu Fuss in ca. 5 Minuten gut zu erreichen, hat ein wirklich sehr gutes Angebot, wenn man gerne selbst kochen möchte (supertolle Fleischtheke und sehr gute Backwaren). Um die Ecke dann ein kleines Stückchen weiter gibt es noch ein sehr gut sortiertes Fischgeschäft. Zusammenfassend können wir die Wohnung sehr gut weiter empfehlen.

We are fully dedicated to our properties and guests. We are always a phone call away and try to be as helpful as possible. We offer and can give information before clients come to Malta (or on arrival), both about our properties and about Malta in general. We offer to book airport transfers by taxi or minibus at the best prices by trustworthy drivers.
We offer to help book car hire at the lowest prices. Also we can arrange for motorbike, mountain bike, and boat hire. We also can arrange fishing trips with full time and part time fishermen.

Mellieħa is situated on top of a hill, surrounded by fertile valleys providing beautiful panoramas and village scenes not seen frequently in the Maltese islands. It’s just a 5- to 10-minute drive away from Ċirkewwa, where you can easily hop on the ferry to Gozo.
