Thank you for finding time for to review our property and a big thank you for being our guests! We are not a private individual that rents his extra home. We are in the holiday apartment business since 1981 and trade under the name of GetawaysMalta and have many properties. We do our best to ensure the best level of service by being available 24 hrs on phone and during all day by Whats App, Facebook messenger,Email and Skype. We not only reply to emergency situations but you will always find us there for tips on where to go nd what to do in Malta. We offer to supply you with tickets for day cruises (with free transfers), Hop on Hop off bus tickets, car hire, bike hire etc, at no extra costs. As it is impossible to meet all guests personally we have dedicated representatives that meet guests any time they may arrive (although we insist you give us the flight details of your arrival as early as possible so we can ensure we dedicate you all the necessary time on your arrival). We have our own maintenance staff, stores full of spares, and our own cleaning staff to ensure the highest services levels. We keep the apartments basic but well equipped. This makes it easy to keep super clean and suitable for all kinds of guests. Blue Harbour was a 1920`s summer residence . Now we converted it into holiday apartments while keeping the original Art Nuveau facade. Being a holiday apartment on St Paul`s Bay seafront we felt it is more important to have a big seafront terrace than a big internal lounge area. The lounge area still measure 5.5m (17ft) x 2.4m (8ft) with a big bay window leading to the seafront terrace and enjoying the bay views. Unfortunately had to do some maintenance before the arrival of new guests in the apartment above yours during your stay. We did our best not to make noise and cleaned every day our dusty footsteps to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible. As you noted the lift and structure is not wheelchair friendly, but suitable for the ealderly or with minor mobility impairments. Parking is easy in winter and cooperatively easy in Summer. The apartment has all modern day facilities like air-conditioning in the bedrooms, 32 inch IPTV (internet tv with hundreds of channels in many languages), WiFi in all the apartment, fans, gas heaters (cheap to run), washing machine, clothes drying area, Gas BBQ in seafront terrace etc. We hope to have you our guests again soon!
