Villa Nicole with private pool in Scopello
Villa Nicole is an elegant house located in the territory of Scopello, a unique and exclusive seaside resort within walking distance of the Zingaro Nature Reserve.
The villa is structured on one floor, you enter inside the well-finished and elegant living room. In a corner there is the kitchen that suits perfectly to the rest of the house. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. All rooms are well kept and the furnishings are simple but sophisticated at the same time. The bathroom is with shower. Just a short distance from villa there is an annex consisting of a double bedroom with possibility of adding an extra bed and a bathroom with shower.
The villa has two large covered verandas with comfortable garden furniture which offers guests a healthy relax; in one of these verandas there is a BBQ area where you can prepare delicious outdoor meals. In the surrounding garden there is the swimming pool with sun terrace and the lush green countryside embellishes the villa making it a peaceful place.
