The air-conditioned, spacious living area has a high ceiling, U.S. satellite TV, and glass sliding doors, which open to the covered deck. The living area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs.

Two bedrooms are next to each other off the living area, each with a European king bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom is even more private, in a separate bungalow on its own level up a flight of stairs above the pool, again with a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower that can be completely opened to the outdoors, and its own large terrace and seating area.
Above the living room is a gazebo, which is intended as a yoga or fitness area, but can also serve as a lounge area away from the main deck and pool. The spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a large dining table. Loungers surround the enormous lap pool, which enjoys ample sun and tropical breezes. This villa also comes with a gas grill and a Sonos sound system.
