Disappointing
Things that were good:View - BEAUTIFULNeighborhood- easy walk to everywhere.The negative:1) the electrical is awful.-You can only run the AC for 2 hours and even then it must be run on low and if you’re running it in more than 2 rooms it will still probably result in blown fuses-The coffee pot blew the fuses to all the outlets in the house. So we could never use it.-The dryer basically doesn’t dry anything - instead it just gets everything really hot and you still have to air dry everything-there are 8 million light switches & nothing is labeled so that is fun…… thank goodness we know how to reset breakers! There were NO instructions2) the hot tub never worked. The water circulated but the water was maybe slightly warm & no jets3) the freezer is overly iced4) ants. Everywhere. Don’t drop even a crumb.5) the doors are wonky6) the trash instructions are confusing/minimal and we tried to follow them but the trash & recycling didn’t get picked up. So we had to leave it at the house. Then we were told they were charging us 30 for the cleaning ppl having to remove the trash.So basically if you want a beautiful view stay here. But not a reliable house if you want AC, a dryer, a hot tub, or just generally a reliable electrical system…
