Villa Pou den Brux is an ideal holiday home for families who want to spend their holidays in a quiet environment, with all the elements of comfort and very close to restaurants, shops and the best beaches in the north of Mallorca such as Puerto de Alcudia, Platja de Muro or Puerto de Pollença, which is only 10 minutes away by car.



It is situated in a quiet area in the northeast of Majorca near Alcudia (approx. 3 km), Pollença and Puerto Pollença and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the surroundings and the Mediterranean Sea in the background.



The Villa Pou den Brux is built on one floor and is surrounded by a lawned garden, in which the curved pool is also integrated. Both the pool and the garden are completely fenced for the safety of the smallest children and peace of mind for the parents.



Villa Pou den Brux exudes a rustic and cozy charm, which is reflected in comfortable sofas, wooden furniture and tiled floors.



Upon entering, we had the living room where we have a plasma television and Internet connection through WiFi. Next to the sofa area is the indoor dining room with a large table for 6 people and the open plan and fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric stove, oven, ... to enjoy a fantastic vacation.



A hallway leads from the living room to the three bedrooms. There is one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and overlook the garden and pool.



Next we will have the large covered terrace with a large built-in barbecue and fantastic views of the garden, the pool and the sea of ​​Pollença Bay in the background. It is certainly an ideal place where guests can enjoy meals outside.



The outdoor area continues with the grass garden, the oval pool measuring approximately 9 x 4m, sun loungers, hammocks, pool and beach towels and a ping-pong table where you can enjoy a perfect family vacation.

Perfect secluded getaway

Quiet villa, yet close to everything the old city of Alcudia and her beautiful beaches. Lovely villa with a beautiful garden and pool. More then enough space for our family of 4 with a baby and a toddler. Very well equipped. Fast and good service of BeBreeze. We recommend this place for sure! Not applicable

Schönes Ferienhaus für die Familie

Das Haus liegt gut zentral, man kommt überall auf der Insel innerhalb von einer Stunde mit dem Auto hin. Mehrere Strände und Buchten sind vom Haus aus in knapp 15 bis 25 Minuten erreichbar. Empfehlenswert ist vorallem Cala Sant Vinzent im Norden mit zwei wunderschönen kleinen Badebuchten, perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Für die Kinder war der Pool der Hauptgrund weswegen wir dort gebucht haben. Auf dem Foto kommt er größer vor als er in Wirklichkeit ist, aber das war für die Kinder nicht schlimm. Das Gelände ist groß, mit einem schönen Baumbestand aus Olivenbäume, Feigenbäume und Zitronen- sowie Orangenbäume. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Und die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmern haben für entspannte Nächte gesorgt. Abends kann man nicht draußen sitzen aufgrund der Mückenplage. Ebenso sind viele Wespen unterwegs, weswegen Grillen zum wahren Kampf gegen die Wespen mutiert. Und 4000€ für 10 Tage, damit ist das Haus wahrlich nicht günstig. Hauptsaison hin oder her, das ist schon übertrieben teuer.

Eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage und Nähe zur Küste/Strand (Auto notwendig). Der Pool war sehr sauber, die Küche war super ausgestattet. Es hat nichts gefehlt!

Amazing stay in Alcudia great place to discover Mallorca island

Excellente maison bien équipée avec des hôtes qui vous mettent à disposition un bon nombre d'équipements comme prévu dans l'annonce. La climatisation fonctionne très bien dans toutes les chambres. La vue de la terrasse sur la piscine, les montagnes et le port d'Alcudia est top. La localisation est parfaite pour découvrir l’île de Majorque dans sa globalité. La maison est située à 10 min à peine du port d'Alcudia vous bénéficiez de bons nombres de commerces à proximité. Le soir sur Alcudia la ville est très animée et vous pouvez sortir en famille ou seule pour découvrir la vie majorquine. Rien à dire je conseille fortement ce logement qui nous a laissé un très bon souvenir Gestion des ordures, pas de poubelles extérieures donc obligé d'aller les déposer dans des grosses bennes à 1 km Très belle piscine mais malheureusement trop de guêpes présentes aux alentours à cause de la chaleur

Die finca ist ein sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool war die ersten 5 Tage nicht nutzbar. Es wurde sich bemüht das alles hergerichtet wird, allerdings hat es alles zeit gekostet. Die finca ist nur mit dem Auto Roller oder e bikes zu erreichen. Am letzten Morgen hatten wir kein Wasser mehr.
