This property offers a unique opportunity to make the most of your vacation in Mallorca. It is located in the north of the island, just a few meters from the incredible and famous Alcudia Port beach.



Despite being in a strategic location, surrounded by the best restaurants and supermarkets in the area, it remains a very quiet house due to its proximity to the river, which provides exceptional tranquility to the property.



It is a townhouse with a private pool (4m x 2m), in addition to a community pool, on a terrace with everything you need: a fantastic barbecue with its tables and chairs to enjoy outdoor life and sunbeds to sunbathe. The pool has a safety fence to protect the little ones.



The terrace connects to the house through large windows that facilitate the entry of light on the ground floor, where there is a beautiful living-dining room, a bathroom and an independent kitchen, fully equipped.



On the first floor are the three bedrooms, two with two single beds and one with a bunk bed, as well as the two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. This first floor also has a furnished terrace with incredible views of the lake and the mountain.



Both the living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning. Towels will be provided for both bath and pool so that you do not have to bring them from home.

Fantastic stay, beautiful villa close to the lovely sandy beach and all the amenities you need.

Local bus service is close by and run every 30mins to the harbour and old town plus loads of restaurants locally within a few minutes walk so a car is not needed. The host arranged transfer from the airport which were brilliant

Four Days in Alcudia

Spent eight days in Mallorca, half using Alcudia as home base. Great town w/ ease of access to beaches, bird watching, cycling, Soller, etc...

Perfect location, all bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk aswell as the beach being a 2 minute walk. Has everything you need to live here plus more .

Wonderful holiday

Wonderful holiday, loved the pool and super child friendly (pool gate, stair gate etc) as previous reviews mention it was a bit noisy but it didn’t bother us and couldn’t hear much from inside.

Wonderful location

Close to beautiful beaches and just a short drive from the old town where you will find many restaurants. The home was well prepared for having a toddler stay with stair gate, high chair and a double locking gate to the pool. The outside area is wonderful for relaxing in the day.

Villa with pool

This property was very nice. Had everything we needed for a very enjoyable week in Alcudia. Children loved the pool, perfect for a cool off. Close to the beach, restaurants and activities. Taxis nearby for going on excursions.

Nice Villa in a good location

Very very nice villa with small, but really nice pool! The hole family ( 2 adults and 2 kids ) loved every moment we spend there. Kitchen was perfect. Really nice bedrooms. Location also good. Many mosquitoes due to the lake, but we came prepared. We would love to come back again!!

Chalet Taronger

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chalet Taronger in Alcudia. From booking to check-in and check-out everything went smoothly. The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and the location is fantastic – overlooking the lake, 5 minutes easy walk to the beach and many bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The chalet is furnished to a high standard, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen etc. and the outdoor space is fantastic. A compact but perfectly good pool, BBQ and space to relax. We’d definitely visit again! Very little to improve to be honest - maybe another 1 or 2 more sun loungers but everything was perfect!

Accurate description of a fantastic property, great location and easy with kids

The property was very well kept, a minutes walk to shops and restaurants. A good family location without late nightlife. A very short walk to the beach and the beach was fantastic. The property was clean, had everything we needed and a washing machine which was very handy with small kids. It could do with a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs too as we have a crawling baby who likes to climb. This being the only fault i could find, and a very minor one. We used the suitcase to cover it for the majority of the stay.

Lovely home. Close to shops, bars and restaurants

About a 15 minute walk to the harbour, but a pleasant one if you walk along the beach. Clean and comfortable home. It’s appreciative for the host to leave spare beach towels. Use of washing machine is helpful and an iron and ironing board is available. Swimming pool small, but adequate for a dip and very clean. Lovely outdoor space. We made use of the BBQ which was nice. A bag of coal was available and enough BBQ tools etc. The only improvement I can suggest is a few more tea towels for the kitchen and the outside key safe to be identifiable with the house number. (There are a few!) Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! Will certainly visit again if we return to Majorca.

Great location and view, although lounge area a little small for 3 adults and a teen.

Great property, really handy for beach and bars, restaurants etc. Lovely to have the pool - a bit smaller than expected but great for a cool off. A few small issues: Wi-fi didn't reach my daughter's room, which wasn't good as she is a teenager. Shower in main bathroom was very disappointing - more like a hose pipe than a shower, so used the other shower mostly, but this was very small and cramped. Seating in lounge comprised of only 1 sofa, which 3 people could just narrowly squeeze onto, not great for 4 people. All in all a great property, could just do with rectifying the few issues.

Dear vacationers, thank you for your positive comment. The shower in the large bathroom is replaced immediately. An additional seat in the living room was not necessary so far as it would take up space. If necessary, however, an armchair from the terrace can be used to watch TV together. The listing for the unit is inaccurate. The seating on the downstairs patio shows proper chairs and small sofa - that does not exist. There are two small, and what appears to be "homemade" very low sitting benches that are not comfortable. There was no furniture on the upstairs terrace. Listing states there are 2 bathrooms and 1 half bathroom (each w/toilet). Upstairs there is 1 bathroom with sink, tub/shower and toilet and the other bathroom has a sink and shower (no toilet). Downstairs there is a bathroom with toilet, sink and washing machine. Comments for improvement: the unit sleeps 6 people and there is only seating in the living room for 3 people on one couch. The beds in one of the bedrooms were very noisy and uncomfortable. Cooking in the kitchen in the evening was difficult due to the lack of lighting. The bedding could be replaced. A fan on the patio would be very useful. The wifi signal was very weak and streaming was not always possible.The unit is located close to the beach and several shops/restaurants. It is also close to a couple hotels so you can hear their music and things going on at the hotel. In summer months, the pool does not have any shade in afternoon from the full sun that it receives all afternoon until it sets in the evening. The kitchen was nicely equipped, plenty of coffee and the A/C seemed to work properly. Enjoyed the stay but disappointed in the inaccuracies and furniture choices.

Beautiful holiday home

It’s really a perfect family location for beach, shops, restaurants and bus ride. I highly recommend it It’s would be nice to provide milk teabags coffee etc especially after long travelling .

Kan dra hit igjen uten problem. Sentralt, nærme stranda og hadde alt vi trengte. Fint uteområde. Det er en del mygg der, muligens pga innsjø. Men myggmiddel og litt spray gjorde susen. Stedet anbefales

Tout, l’emplacement, la maison en elle même , les équipements pour la sécurité des enfants dans la maison, la piscine, les équipements dans la maison, la gentillesse du propriétaire, la communication avec le loueur.
