Lovely two bedroom apartment that has recently been completely refurbished and furnished in a modern style. The apartment has it's own WiFi connection, air conditioning throughout and has an open plan kitchen and lounge area ideal for holiday accommodation. The two bathrooms have also been refurbished, the master ensuite has a walk in shower and the second bathroom also has a shower. The large L shaped terrace has views of the marina entrance and the sea and benefits from plenty of sun.



Located on the beachfront complex of Marina Real which has 2 swimming pools, underground parking and direct access to the marina.





Communal facilities are subject to availability.

The owners have equipped this apartment with everything you need for a stay away from home As the Winter months can be so cold, Winter duvets for beds, as the heating system is not sufficent to be comfortable.

Home from Home

This was our second visit to this stunning apartment and once again we were not disappointed. We love the home from home feel that is so comfortable and luxurious. The wrap around balcony is drenched in sun all day with beautiful views of the beach. The location is perfect for everything Duquesa has to offer including the many cocktail bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with the best view. Its starting to get a bit dated in the decor now, a few more modern touches would bring it up lovely. Cleaning wasn't great on our arrival, mosquitoes squashed on walls, dirty cupboards.

Perfect location and complex

This beautiful apartment with a tasty interior is in a very peaceful complex. It has a large tce either facing the sea and then wraps around the side to face the evening sun. Has very fresh bed linen and fluffy towels with an open plan well equipped kitchen for dining in. Although the living area was tastily decorated the couch was a bit small for 4 people so an added comfy arm chair would be good.

Outstanding

We stayed for a long weekend in May. The apartment is outstanding, a real home from home. The wrap around balcony had sun all day with an abundance of out door furniture to enjoy. The apartment has recently been refurbished and the facilities are excellent. The location is excellent we didn’t need a car. The two swimming pools are peaceful and relaxing. Wish we had booked for longer will definitely be booking again.

Light, bright, sunny apartment

We liked the modern style and loved the large terrace. Excellent showers. Perfect for our winter stay. Would have liked a hair dryer and duvets on all beds for winter.
