In different sized residential units (in different price categories), with a side or direct view of the Moselle and some with a balcony or terrace, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the promenade and the entire city. Our district of Cochem-Cond is located exactly opposite the city center, separated from the hustle and bustle of the city center by the beautiful Moselle, but can be reached quickly via the nearby bridge in a few minutes.

We not only offer you cozy and comfortable accommodation, but also always have an open ear for your wishes. No matter whether you want to relax with us or go on exciting excursions in the region: Our holiday apartments are the ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities. We are happy to help you have a good time with us. This is what we stand for with our many years of experience and a large number of regular guests.
You will not find any "standard apartments" with us, each apartment is individually, comfortably and practically furnished. The rule is: "Small but nice!" We have something for every taste.

Recreation and activity: Due to the convenient location with the best view of the Reichsburg and the old town of Cochem, our guests can either relax and rest or use our house as a starting point for numerous leisure activities, whether by car, bike or to Foot.

For guests who want to bring their bicycles to use the superbly developed and beautiful network of cycle paths on the Moselle, we offer the free option of storing the bikes in our garage, dry and safe.
