We were so very happy with our 10 day stay at Harmony Villa on Zakynthos island! When traveling abroad, one can be anxious about whether planned accommodations will turn out as good as they look. In this case, the house and location was even better! The home was spotlessly clean, the rooms were spacious and all pots/pans/dishes/utensils were provided for cooking. We had one couple and 2 single adults staying together and there was plenty of room. The couch was also comfortable for sleeping if you have a snorer who needs their own space. There was always plenty of water/hot also, which can be an issue when staying on a small island. There’s a nice covered patio with a table and chairs for visiting and eating outside in the shade. We were close to laganas and kalamaki beaches, both within 10 min drive time. You can walk to a little market, half a block away to get necessities. A lidls market was within 10 min drive time. While close to laganas, it was still far enough away that it was quite in evening. Would recommend for families with small children or a couple traveling with 2-3 other singles. 1 bedroom has a queen bed and other 2 twins. Owner is next door and answers what’s app promptly. He provided us each with light blankets immediately upon request. We truly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay on our trip.

We stayed in the villa with 4 persons. Really clean and comfortabele house. With a good working airco! Nice quiet location with a small garden . Good working washing machines as well. I will recommend this house to everybody. City is by feet like 20 min. 5 min by scooter.

Un fantastico soggiorno

L'alloggio è perfetto sotto ogni profilo, a qualche km dal centro di Laganas, e quindi fuori dal caos, è in una posizione ottimale per andare in ogni località dell'isola. La disponibilità e la continua assistenza di Christos per ogni necessità rende la vacanza tranquilla e confortevole. Una piacevole sorpresa il cambio di biancheria e le pulizie ogni tre giorni comprese nel prezzo. Grazie Christos!!!

The best house where you can stay!

The best place where you can spend your holiday! Very confortable house with all you need for stay like your home! the house is very quiet, the kitchen is complete of all you need for cook, the livingroom is big and the two bedroom are very confortable. Christos is your point of reference, he is a kindly person and help you in any situation. The island is the best of the Greek islands I saw . There is a Caraibic sea. I really suggest spend your holiday there!

Excellent Séjour à Zakynthos

Exçellent accueil de la part de Christos qui fut de bon conseil pour tout le séjour. Très belle villa très bien équipée avec Wifi. Bonne localisation sur l'île à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêts. Commerces à proximité. Zakynthos est à découvrir aussi hors saison, plus authentique, calme, gens très accueillants et sympathiques. Liaison facile avec le continent en ferry.

Appartamento ottimo: grazie Christos!

Il nostro soggiorno in una delle due Harmony Villas di Christos a Mouzaki si è concluso ieri venerdì 7 settembre 2013 dopo 2 settimane splendide rese ancora più “perfette” oltre che dalla bellezza dell’isola nel suo complesso, dalla solarità e disponibilità dei suoi abitanti, anche e soprattutto dalla piacevolezza del luogo di soggiorno e… del suo perfetto ospite: Christos. Cortese, paziente nel soddisfare le nostre richieste, sollecito nel rispondere con chiarezza e puntualità , non “prono” al “turista” : una presenza certa ma molto discreta. Ricordiamo ancora con piacere la serata insieme a bere buon vino zacintese e chiacchierare come vecchi amici… Ora, cosa dire della casa? Perfetta: deliziosa alla vista ma anche “ricca di contenuto” : attrezzata di tutto punto (tutto pressoché nuovo o quasi) e oltre; la descrizione che il suo proprietario ne offre è persino lievemente riduttiva. Ottima assistenza e pulizia: cambio biancheria letto, asciugamani , pulizia casa a metà soggiorno, inclusi nel prezzo concordato. 90 m2 arredati con gusto, semplicità e un tocco di stile . Confortevole, spaziosa, struttura nuova in pietra dell’isola . Christos ci ha accolti in aeroporto e dato assistenza anche su noleggio auto. Location: Mouzaki è a 2km circa da Laganas. A meno che non vi interessino spiagge renose e luoghi prettamente turistici secondo il nostro parare, il paese è quanto di meno zacintese ci possa essere . Ma questa è la nostra personale opinione. L’isola è affascinante e la parte ovest quella più selvaggia e vera. “Harmony Villas” è un ottimo punto di appoggio (fra l’altro dista meno di 10 minuti in auto dall’aeroporto e dalla stazione autobus centrale di Zante, poco più dal porto) per chi vuole conoscere Zacinto, sia che si amino spiagge turistiche e attrezzate, sia che si preferiscano luoghi meno sfruttati e secondo noi è più autentici. Poiché non ci consideriamo turisti ma viaggiatori, ringraziamo Christos per quanto ci ha offerto, che abbiamo molto apprezzato, e ci scambiamo un reciproco e sincero “arrivederci”!

La maison est jolie, très...

La maison est jolie, très confortable, extrêmement soignée, bien décorée et climatisée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. La salle de bain est moderne et fonctionnelle. Elle située à un endroit stratégique permettant d'atteindre facilement en voiture toutes les plages de l'île. Le propriétaire, M. Koutsis, nous a assuré un accueil excellent et il a été très attentionné durant tout notre séjour. À recommander vivement !!!

"The house is located in ...

"The house is located in a very quiet area, though a few hundred meters from Laganas, really lively town full of shops and bars, visited by lots of young people and ideal for dinner and after dinner. In less than half hour by car all the most beautiful beaches in Zacinto can be reached and in particular, according to preferences, the isle of Marathonissi, the ship wreck beach Navajo, Port Limnionas, Makri Gialos, Dafne e Gerakas. Above anything else the house is a small jewel, recently built, very nice outside with the typical visible bricks and a lovely porch where to have lunch and dinner. The inside in very clean and tidy, with spacious rooms, really tasty decorated, and with all possible comforts. The owner is extremely kind, available and always there to help whenever you need. Our family of 4 people (2 girls of 12 and 9) really enjoyed the stay and we definitely suggest it to everybody. La casa è situata in una zona molto tranquilla, pur se a poche centinaia di metri da Laganas, località molto effervescente di negozi e locali, frequentata da moltissimi giovani, l’ideale per la cena e il dopocena. Al massimo a mezzora di macchina sono raggiungibili tutte le più belle spiagge di Zacinto, in particolare, secondo le nostre preferenze, l’isola di Marathonissi, la spiaggia Navajo (o del relitto), Porto Limnionas, Makri Gialos, Dafne e Gerakas. Ma soprattutto la casa è un piccolo gioiello, appena costruita, molto bella all’esterno, con caratteristici mattoni a vista e splendido porticato in cui mangiare, e all’interno, ben pulita, con ambienti spaziosi, arredata con molto gusto e veramente dotata di tutti i comfort possibili. . Il proprietario è estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre presente per aiutare in caso di necessità. La nostra famiglia, composta di 4 persone (2 bambine di 12 e 9 anni), si è trovata benissimo e consigliamo di cuore a tutti il soggiorno La maison est situèe dans une zone très calme, meme si proche à Laganas, pays avec beaucoup de magasins et bar/risto, habitè sourtout par jeunes, l’ideal pour diner et après diner. Mais sourtout la maison est un petit bijou, contruite l’annèe derniere, très belle à l’exterieur, avec un superbe porche où manger, et à l’interieur, bien proper, avec locaux spacieux, meublèè avec gout et douèe de tous les comforts. Le proprietaire est vraiment très gentil et disponibile pour n’importe quelle necessitè. Notre famille (4 personnes, dont 2 enfants de 12 et 9 ans) a passée une vacance super et on conseille a tout le monde cette ile et sourtout cette maison."

"Our stay in Harmony villa was really unforgetable.Everything so clean,so new. The owner Christos is a very good host,very friendly,very helpfull. The location perfect.Very quiet.We enjoyed long walks to the beach and to the fields with the olive trees. The fireplace makes you feel cozy and relaxed. The villa is fully equipped in every detail. "We stayed at the Harmony...

"We stayed at the Harmony Villas this September. We fell in love with the villa the minute we saw it. It is in a modern design and well equipped. We loved all the comforts this villa provides. The villa is brand new and the owner has tried to make it feel more like a home than a holiday house. It was spotless clean when we arrived and was kept clean throughout our stay as the owner provides a cleaning service three times a week. We really liked sitting at the veranda for breakfast in the morning and for lovely diners watching the sunset. The villa is conveniently located near the sandy beaches of the island and close to supermarkets, chemist, atm, etc. The host is friendly and walked the extra mile to please us. We definitely recommend Harmony Villas and we will make sure we book well in advance for next year as September is a lovely season for a holiday in Zakynthos."
