In the tranquil town of Elmenhorst in the municipality of Elmenhorst/Lichtenhagen you will find the lovingly furnished 56 m² maisonette holiday apartment “Ostseefreude”. It is located on the 2nd floor of the house. The lovingly furnished living room invites you to linger with an LED television and WiFi, a comfortable sofa, natural furniture and many accessories.
The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, as well as complete dishes and many other extras make you want to cook for yourself even on vacation.
In the morning, enjoy your breakfast outside on the 16 m² balcony.
The bedroom in the maisonette is ready for your arrival. The reading corner invites you to relax, or in bad weather with a glass of tea or red wine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine, towels are available for our guests.
There is 1 parking space at the house; bicycles you bring can be placed in a small garden shed if necessary. But we also have our own bicycles for our guests, which are checked every year before the season so that you can arrive safely at the “Baltic Sea Fun” holiday apartment.

Elmenhorst is only 2 km from the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, 10 km from the health resort of Bad Doberan, and about 15 minutes by car from the center of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Due to its proximity to the Baltic Sea, there is a special air climate here. The Baltic Sea beach with its bizarre cliffs and fine sandy beach is only about 1 km away. Snorkel for shells with your children or simply enjoy sunbathing on the beach.
Elmenhorst has an excellent infrastructure with shops in the immediate vicinity, bakeries, a pharmacy and the newly created 27-hole golf course with driving range. Experience your vacation here or just unwind.
