Perfectly integrated into the wooded environment of the Hauts de Toulvern, facing the meadow where the horses graze, the Tiny House 4/6 people will seduce you with its simplicity and its functional layout in complete autonomy: a cozy nest in a warm atmosphere.

All in harmony with wood with large bay windows, the Tiny House offers a mezzanine with a sleeping area (160x190cm bed and 80x190cm bed), a second mezzanine with a sleeping area (140x190cm bed), a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchenette , a bathroom and a toilet.

Spend an enchanting stay in a natural environment in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan, between Vannes and Lorient, near Auray.
The Hauts de Toulvern are located in a natural biotope environment on an expanse of more than 2 Ha with a horizon of meadows where horses graze, with wooded areas, where the fauna and flora of the Gulf of Morbihan mingle.

A few minutes walk from the coastal paths (1km) and the beaches of the Gulf (3km), Les Hauts de Toulvern will allow you to visit: Auray, Vannes, Carnac, Locmariquer, Quiberon, the Rhuys peninsula, the Gulf and its islands (islands Monks, Belle Isle, Sept-Iles, Berder, Gavrinis), as well as many megalithic sites. The village of Baden and its shops are 800m.

From April to September, for stays of one week or more, you will have access to the indoor heated pool and the outdoor water park with slides, swimming pools and water fun park in a 5-star campsite at 500m.
You will have the choice to practice many activities: strolls and excursions on the coastal ways, cycling, horse riding and strolls in the equestrian center (500m), relaxation in the spa (500m), tennis (1km), golf 18 holes (1km), beach , fishing, sailing, kayaking (3km) ...

Open all year, the holiday residence consists of 3 houses each with a studio and three apartments labeled ECOLABEL EUROPEEN.
Each unit has an independent entrance and benefits from a high-end, neat and design service, new and modern equipment. In order to preserve peace and security, there is parking at the entrance. You can enjoy a large fenced garden and landscaped areas.
