Stable Cottage is a characterful cottage situated in the heart of Colyton, in Devon. The reverse-level property has a ground-floor bedroom with king size bed, served by a ground-floor bathroom, sleeping two people. There is also a first-floor open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area.. Outside there is off-road parking for one car. Stable Cottage makes a lovely getaway to Devon for a couple, at any time of year.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, and a selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car, however it is not suitable for motor-homes or larger commercial vehicles. Outdoor seating area. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 miles. Note: This property may unfortunately not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Please note: Property does not have an enclosed garden area.
