Lefkada best in mid to late September.

Overall, we had a very good stay at the villa. My daughter and two granddaughters stayed four of the days at the villa, whilst my son and I went out to various beaches on the island to each day. Lefkada has become very touristy in the last few years and during July the better beaches are packed. There are so many cars parked everywhere, and some places it’s a job just to find a place to park. Furthermore, most restaurants have very large menus but actually very few Greek dishes. Lefkada is probably quite pleasant in October but many of the places are shut down plus there are no flights from the UK.

The best holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, Theo was so accommodating and helped with all of our extra requests. It was perfect for the kids too, we will definitely be there again !

Wir kommen wieder

Ein optimales Domizil für Reisende mit Hund , eingezäunter und großer Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut , der Vermieter sehr bemüht . Wir kommen wieder Die Insel hat sehr viel zu bieten und es gibt viele Strände die Hunde erlauben .

Amazing family holiday

We visited this Villa for 5 nights during our island hopping tour with our family (8 adults & 1 baby) and it was absolutely amazing. The villa is even more beautiful in real life than on the pictures and the host Theo was really great. We enjoyed our time in Villa Niriides and we will definitely come back if we visit Lefkada again.

Very nice house

We rent the house for a week and it was a very nice house We stayed there with 10 people, I think it is better for 9 persons ( now one has to sleep on the bank in de livingroom) Nice swimmingpool, nice garden, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a vide with 3 beds The owner arranged a bbq ( very nice) and is a very nice person with good information about the island Lefkada We had a great vacation!!!

Dejlig villa i skønne omgivelser, Ejerne var utrolig hjælpsomme og havde en fantastisk service, Vigtig at have en eller anden form for køretøj, da villaen ligger lidt uden for Nydri by. Vender gerne tilbage.

An excelent pandemic stay! The perfect place...

The first review I write ... I'm sorry that my English is not enough to express my feelings at Villa Niriides ... just words of praise for the way I was received by Theodosis. And the location and facilities of the villa: EXCELLENT!!! A perfect swimming pool, a welcoming courtyard and the superb facilities of the villa. All those things that made us gladly return from the beautiful beaches of Lefkada. An unexpected "pandemic" stay! We will definitely spend our next stay in Lefkada at Villa Niriides. Unforgettable!

We can only confirm the opinion expressed by the other guests: Perfect villa for a group of 8-10 people, well equipped, all the rooms are air-conditioned and the adjoining pool allows you to have fun even away from the sea. The villa is surrounded by greenery and the only sounds you can hear are those of wild animals. A special thanks to Theodosis for its availability and generosity. Strongly recommended for those who want to stay away from the chaos!
