It has its own street entrance, living areas on the first floor and 2 spacious bedrooms with hotel quality extra kingsize beds on the second floor. One of these beds can be converted to two 3 foot singles and there is also a sofa bed in the living room.There is a balcony with views over the rooftops and a glimpse of Halls Croft gardens. Everything in the apartment is new from the modern kitchen and bathroom to all the furnishings.
Th apartment is very centrally situated, even though it is in the Old Town area. The Holy Trinity Church, Guild Chapel, Shakespeare's schoolroom and Halls Croft - home of Shakespeare's daughter and her physician husband are all within five minutes walk. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre is an easy ten minutes stroll as are the local shops and the rive Avon.
There is also a pub with good food round the corner - but not near enough to be a nuisance.
Towels and bedlinen are provided and the kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The roomy bathroom has both a bath and shower.
Guests with cars can pay a refundable deposit for a parking permit.
Because the apartment features two startcases and a second floor balcony it is not suitable for very young children, less mobile adults or pets
