All of our rooms are brand new (June 2017), they all have a modern private bathroom with bath and shower. All apartments have a comfortable double and single bed, flat screen TV and a modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances

We are located in the heart of the city opposite the Highcross Shopping Centre and De Montfort University is 900 yards from the property on foot, so you will never be short of things to do, whether it is eating out, shopping, visiting friends or historic sites, all within close range of our apartments.
Deposits are charged from 150 GBP upwards of 250 GBP in relation to room booked and managements discretion.

The management reserve the right to refuse entry to or request an Enhanced Incident Deposit for HIGH RISK GROUPS.
HIGH RISK GROUPS INCLUDE:
-Guests below the age of 30 years of age
-Those whose home address is in Leicester
-Those who have previously created incidents/ disturbances at the premises
-Those who have previously breached our policies
-Those who do not have the correct payment card present
-Those making payments in cash
-Those who’s Pre-Authorisation has failed
If 3 of these apply to your booking, then you will be considered as High Risk
The Enhanced Incident Deposit will be 1000 GBP
All guests for that booking must present a copy of the ID for the manager’s records.
