A beautiful Heritage Listed apartment in the very heart of Edinburgh's Historic New Town and only 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. Albyn Place is a dual aspect luxurious apartment with a spacious living room and hallway, large Super King size bed; and a separate bathroom and kitchen.

Thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to a very high level to enable our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in one of the World’s greatest cities – perfect for a romantic getaway or weekend break for a couple. Completely private and self contained.

The apartment is approached through the main door entrance from Albyn Place which leads into an elegant Regency lobby. Climb the stairs under a cupola roof to the first floor and you will arrive at the apartment which is self contained and private.

Extremely comfortable with a new bed and furnishings - heating throughout (including under floor heating in the kitchen) and a fully fitted designer kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer, drying rack and fridge freezer. All essentials are provided - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and all with cutlery, crockery and cooking essentials. There are SMART TV's, Free Hi Speed WIFI and USB connections and chargers. Self contained and private.

Wonderful, spacious apartment in prime location.

Located in the centre of town and an easy walk or commute to attractions, airport etc, this luxury apartment is better than the photos. Large rooms, well equipped kitchen - the perfect space to enjoy Edinburgh. Extremely helpful hosts too.

The perfect place for a memorable Edinburgh holiday!

Christmas holiday spent exploring Edinburgh. Full days walking the city, evenings out and a great flat to return to for rejuvenating to start it all again. The flat has everything you need, clean, well appointed, details and amenities that are found in fie hotels.

Albyn Place is a very beautiful apartment. The pictures do not capture the grandness of the apartment; the ceiling height is amazing. Albyn Place is very well equipped for a luxurious stay. The owners are very welcoming and the added touches like the welcome basket were very much appreciated. The Scottish plumbing system takes a bit of getting used to; the main bath and powder room are beautiful. The location is central to all the sights and things to do in Edinburgh.

A really beautiful house in the best part of Edinburgh

We stayed for 3 nights after having spent a few days in a different part of Edinburgh. The location is wonderful with Stockbridge just down the hill but still right in the heart of the city next to some of the best bars and restaurants. The house was warm and comfortable and very charmingly decorated with just the right touches to make it feel welcoming and individual.

Convenient Luxury

Photos do not convey the beauty of this stunning Edinburgh flat. Soaring ceilings, intricate mouldings, stylish decor, modern kitchen, and many thoughtful details such as chocolates on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco on the counter. Despite being close to the hustle and bustle of George Street, the bedroom in the back was very quiet. Very private building - did not see or hear another soul the entirety of our stay, We were able to walk to many sightseeing spots and restaurants. Fiona and Craig were lovely and unobtrusive hosts. Would absolutely stay again!

Comfortable stay in a beautiful space

The apartment is just as gorgeous as it looks in the pictures! We felt like royalty. We enjoyed all that space to spread out, including relaxing in the living room, and having a chill dinner in the kitchen. The blackout shutters/curtains were amazingly effective, which was key when you're dealing with 18+ hours of daylight! The heavy doors between the bedroom and the next rooms also did a great job blocking the street noise. The AC also worked just fine in summer weather. A couple notes: The shower is quite small, especially if you're tall. The shower curtain is only hanging from like a 3-foot-diameter ring, so it really closes in on you. The wifi was spotty and only really worked from the living room, not the bedroom where they have the desk. Not recommended if you need to work. Lots of good restaurants within a short walk, and definitely check out the Stockbridge Farmer's Market!

Beautiful Apartment/great location

This apartment is even more beautiful in person. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The apartment is centrally located to all the historic sites and to shops and restaurants. The owners were always available to help with any questions you may have.

Our aim is to provide our guests with a unique and special place to stay. Something different from the usual, something that is luxurious and welcoming but also easy and straightforward.

We are not a hotel and don't pretend to offer the services of a hotel - but we have furnished our apartments as we would want them to be - if we were away on holiday ourselves.

We want you to enjoy your visit to Edinburgh – and that includes having somewhere comfortable and luxurious to stay when you are visiting the city. We think this is what sets us apart.
