Royal William Yard Apartments offer this exclusive two bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 6) which modern, very spacious and has stunning original features as well as views across the water to the Mayflower Marina and Mount Wise.

Relax and watch the boats pass right outside the window and immerse yourself in one of the best places to work, rest and play in the South West.

The apartment has a lovely spacious lounge and dining area with views over the water and a table that can comfortably seat four people. There are two large sofas and flat screen TV and has modern artwork and furnishings.

The sleek white and stainless steel kitchen has been fully equipped and allows you to stock the fridge/freezer and cook your favorite meal as you would be able to in your own home.

The downstairs bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, water views and is full of character. There is also a foldaway bed for an extra person if required.

On the ground floor there is also a clean modern tiled bathroom, with toilet, basin, bath/shower and a lovely big mirror.

Stairs take you up to the first floor bedroom and en-suite. The bedroom is situated in the stunning eaves of the building. The open plan bedroom is spacious and a second fold out bed can be used if required.

All linen and towels are provided with this apartment. Free Wifi is also included.
